poor rocco! probably the previous owner had wanted it in originally in black and just made do with a beige that she had. or maybe since the bag is light colored, it might have gotten bad color transfer for which a dye job might be have seemed to be solution...

Hi, everyone!

I'm about to purchase a Rocco however I'm not sure if I want rosegold or pale gold hardware. There was only 1 pale gold at my NM and no rosegolds at all in their whole system (as of last night)! The pale gold was pretty but I didn't look how it looked silver sometimes.

I was wondering if the rosegold was more susceptible to damage than pale gold/silver/black nickel? Does it chip off easily/at all?

It came out great & when I went to take the "after" pics I actually couldn't even find where the scuffs had been & had to reference the "before" pics. Omg this happens to my bag too. Do you hv a link of the conditioner that you are using? Does it ship internationally?

I'm not sure if they ship internationally but I believe you can find it on amazon & some other websites as well. I think there are some threads in the general care & maintenance forums, I'll see if I can find one...

Was there ever a Rocco in burgundy/maroon? I recall seeing a Darcy in crinkle patent in that kind of color. I was hoping for one in a thick leather like the iodine.

I love looking at reveals with the black and rose gold combo, however, for myself I would probably get the pale gold just because it's easier to match with. Does the pale gold come with the reese's cup studs? I actually prefer these studs over the smooth studs with one ridge or the pyramid looking ones.

Here is my brand new Latte/Rose gold Rocco. I hope she breaks in, she is so stiff right now!!! But, I love the color combo! xo

I think she'll break in.. all the Rocco's nowadays I think have stiffer leather in the beginning which is why I didn't really like the newer ones I would purchase (I'd always end up returning them) - but seeing people's mod shots in this forum have made me think that they all eventually break in and look all nice and smooshy with some use :D
