I saw this IRL at NM the other night and it is a Wowza!
I never bother myself about what is in or out of style. I carry what I like when I like. That is about as close as I get to setting trends ---LOL
Funny thing about in/out of style.............it will always double back. I remember that color being popular in the late 60's, not so much in the drab 70's and then back with a vengeance in the 80's. I think now it is pretty much anything goes.

yay! somebody else who has the rocco in acid! i dress mostly in black/dark clothes so i was thinking exactly like you, that i need a colorful bag to match. i've been looking for a fluoro bag for sometime now and the rocco acid fits the bill without looking too "neon" if you know what i mean.

about the color going out of style, well even if it does happen (maybe a season or too from now), you'll still be be able to take it out during the summer just when wearing fluoro is ok. :)

Well...I have come full circle as far as Rocco goes! I have owned a 'few':laugh:, Forest being one of them, I think my 2nd. I sold it and always missed it and for some reason it's the one Rocco I felt like I couldn't live without. So I tracked one down and this will be my one and only, lifetime keeper! I just love the leather and texture on the Forest Rocco's better of any other for some reason and the color is really so amazingly versatile IMO. :smile1:

its beautiful :) the color looks versatile. its like it changes color under different lighting conditions? congrats on getting it back!

Yeah, it looks like another version of the Acid is coming out. The one with the smoother leather has the pale gold hardware, and the new one for pre-order has the pebbly leather with the dark nickel studs. Either way, the Acid green looks awesome. I want this color in a Rockie.

Also I think the prices went up? Rocco is $895 and Rockie is 795 now, I thought it was less?

Rockie is less...$725. I like the tri-ring studs on the pebbled acid, but I don't know if I really like the dark nickel.:hrmm: Wish they were silver.

Hey girls..

I really love the Alexander Wang Rocco bag and I'm seriously considering getting one. However, I've heard of so many quality issues with the bag that I'm afraid to buy one and would rather save up for a bag of better quality.

Does anyone have any personal stories about the quality of the Rocco?
