Thanks for the nice comments all! I was debating between the Midnight and Espresso...and then I stumbled across this beautiful dark red and that's all it took! I'm glad he keeps releasing unique colors each season...although, the black w/ brass is definitely a classic!

Juliela, that Spice is such a beautiful brick red and the pebbling on yours is so even. Congrats!

Ive posted this nearly everywhere I possibly could. Its such a chameleon colour but I think the 1st pic is more true to colour in IRL.

These are gorgeous bags! I am about to join with an "Ocean" Rocco. I am so drawn to the studs. I have come over to AW dark-side from Balenciaga...I hope the AW studs don't come loose like the newer Bal's do...

Hi everyone,

A friend bought the rocco mini duffle in black from the website la garconne in april 2010.

She experienced really bad wear of the piping on the corners and the leather wearing away generally and having paid full price contacted La Garconne NYC for advice around January 2011. Contact was slow but she was told to send the bag back for repair which she did on 16 May 2011.

Since then, despite frequent e mails she has heard nothing, nothing at all. No acknowledgement of receipt, no time frames for repair, nothing.

We have sent e mails often but there is nothing back from this company.

Plaese would anyone have any advice about what to do, or a name to whom to send our e mails at La Garconne - this is the worst customer service i've ever heard of.

We are based in the UK so we're not certain about how the legal situation would be from buying of this website.

If anyone would help we'd be so grateful and we look forward to some helpful replies,

no, not yet- ive worn the latte a handful of times already and no wear. the brown one i've also worn a handful of times and nothing yet. the blue one i sold and only wore 1-2x and it had no issues either but it was barely used so.... -- ive heard a lot about the roccos having piping problems on the corners, but maybe it happens more for those who wear them as daily bags? i'll wear one of mine and then put it away for 2-3 weeks until i take it out again, maybe that makes some kind of difference

have you experienced any wear on the corners of your two bags?

Hi Juliela, is this the same colour as the Brick/Sepia? I had that colour but had to return it as it was a faulty one and that was the last one they had. They ended up having to send it back to AW, and that colour had sold out everywhere else. I was very upset lol because i love the Rocco in that colour. Could you please tell me if its a similiar colour to the Brick? and is the Spice a new colour thats come out? Thankyou :smile1:
