Hi ladies! I've made a really bad boo boo and I'm so desperate for a fix. I've accidentally applied Apple Brand's leather cleaner on my Rockie in mustard nubuck. (this is the very reason why I shouldn't try to be productive while running a fever, doped up with meds). As soon as I started rubbing it in, I realized that it wasn't leather. It's been an hour and it's left a slight pinkish hue to it. Any ideas on how I can fix this? And for future reference, how do I condition and treat it?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Hi ladies, my rocco and diego have tarnished or oxidized studs. Theyre looking black-ish. Do you guys use a particular product to restore the shine and color of the studs? Hope you can help. Thanks

Just got my first wang bag :) I am obsessed! What is the best way to store it so it keeps it shape? should I lay it flat? stand it up? stuff it? any advice would be great :)
:D:smile1::D

What kind did you get? Personally I don't do anything special with my bag, but if it's a Rocco/Rockie, you might want to keep it stuffed to keep a more rounded shape, unless you like it slouchy.

Hi there :]

I've just bought a Rockie in cayenne pebbled leather. I definitely want to waterproof it, but I'm confused by all the different products.

Has anyone used Collonil? I'm worried because it's red and pebbled.

Also, how are their conditioners and cleaners?

Thanks in advance! :D

aww, I just ordered AW rockie in Tundra too and thinking about getting collonil water stop spray or apple rain & stain repellent. Anyone has used these two product before. I am wondering if it change the color of the leather or not
thank you

Hi guys has anyone used Apple Garde leather conditioner and then Apple Garde Rain&Stain repellent spray afterwards? I am wondering if it is gonna change the color of the leather or not. I have Rocco in lilac :D

thank you in advance

You can always try to apply the conditioner/rain repellent onto a small unseen area of the bag (preferably the bottom near the studs?) and test it before you apply to the whole bag. That's what I did. I have the black rocco. I don't think you'll have a problem, but just make sure you test a smaller area first. :)

@ Oinkitsthao . Thank you so much! the funny thing is I got the bag from AW website on sales. And not sure if it is the same one you returned it . the leather texture on the side you posted earlier look the same :-) I am happy i got this bag I love the color so much !

For an update guys. I have applied Apple conditioner and then Apple garde rain & stain repellent on my Lilac rocco. It work great. here some pic after I done the job. it does not change the color nor damage the rose gold hardware at all. Very happy with the result. Thank you purse forum for good review and information.
ps. I also tried to run the tap water on my bag and the water just run off my rocco complete, no stain nothing at all. :D

I got a Donna for a super steal at Nordstrom last year, and it's due for a spruce up as I'm addicted to it. It's starting to show some wear on the leather edges, hoping that can be fixed a bit. I'm not sure what to use on it though (Lovin my bags lambskin cleaner/protector? Apple Care?). Mine is an odd Donna that is black with fish scale pockets and suede trim. Due to the many different materials I'm not sure what the best approach is. I bought some edge kote for my Diego but I don't think it's appropriate for the suede Donna edges.

Any advice or experienced tips are appreciated!

That is a bummer that they switched piping colors-how lame is that?

I looked at all my edges on my bags and they just dont appear to be any less fragile than my Balenciaga or Chloe edges. I really wonder what happened in the manufacturing process that caused these bags to wear through so badly?

Also, if you guys do experience edge issues, a good cobbler should be able to reinforce them and fix them. Mine is a master at repairs!

Hi! I hope you don't mind me asking but who is your cobbler? I'm having the same issue and I live in California so I'm desperate to find a good one! :) Thanks!!!

I just barely saw your message! That's funny. USPS put me through so much stress when I shipped this bag back. It ended up in Connecticut and then by some miracle, Alexander Wang finally received the package. I wonder if they mis-scanned it somehow. Haha. But that's awesome you love it! I wish I loved the lilac, it would've been a great summer bag! Enjoy!
