I think Zal tweeted that photo last week as part of the East promotion (and because it probably did bring back fond memories from the shoot), but did he do it to promote a showmance? Highly unlikely. The romance stuff comes from the gossips. If they were going to go with a showmance for The East, I think it would have been Brit and Alex, not Ellen and Alex.

He's said he doesn't like the paps, but he's also said he's not going to let them run his life. And and as mentioned before, most recently by Bag, he's a creature of habit, if someone invites him to the CM, he's not going to go 'but there are paps there!'.




I'm not, mainly because I know what my friend's places look like! Both parents had pack rat tendencies, though mom's side of the family were organized pack rats, dad's were not. I've made the decision to get rid of things, now I just have to go through with it. Anyone need a china set? Maybe Alex needs one for his new house? I could mail it to him as a fan gift! :smile1:

ETA: I have felt a disturbance in the Force, Kim Kardashian has given birth. I'm presuming the Apocalypse shall happen shortly. (joking, btw).

Pity you didn't know Alex would be at CM. You could have gifted it personally and served him his dinner on it :D

Spilt my wine all over my shirt from laughing when I read that ! How soon before the baby has their own reality show?

I admit the whole EP/AS thing is weird - my impression of EP is that she has managed well to avoid the HWood tabloid stuff- now all of a sudden she is all over the gossip sites because of this alleged fling. This is definitely not her style - nor is CM or the other HWood party hangouts. She seems to be so not the sort of person who would participate in a pr stunt to promote a movie not to mention she is apparently a big time feminist and it seems she lives up to her beliefs. So I say no to a pr stunt - at least one she is willingly into. Oh yeah - she is not into alcohol at all - LOL - something the lovely Swede clearly does not have in common with her.

He hasn't been seen goin to CM in awhile - apart from obligatory events - his CM days seemed more a function of KB. So - who knows. But they sure are - inadvertently - doing their best to fuel the rumors!

Am I the only one who thinks it was a bit indiscrete of Alex to announce his trip to Iceland? There are some strange people out there who can get a bit over enthused. I was surprised the first time he mentioned it - seemed like the sort of personal info he does not give out. But now he has mentioned it twice in public.

I'll note, if you're into this sort of symbolism, that I mention Kimye on page 666 of this thread. Hmmm? :)

He's been to CM on occasion for personal events, I think he went after he finished The Hidden last September. But I don't think he goes that much anymore.

For all we know, EP does go to CM on a regular or semi-regular basis for business, but because she isn't a gossip staple it doesn't get noticed as much.

A few pages ago I mentioned my worry over his mentioning his vacation plans before he goes, there probably are one or two fans who are probably seriously thinking about spending the end of June, beginning in July hanging out in Reykjavik looking for Alex and his posse.

Per a friend who's lucky enough to have been there, there's not much population outside of Reykjavík, so if he does get spotted it's most likely to be there and not out in the country. OTOH, if there's a bar in the middle of nowhere in Iceland, he'll find it! (And hopefully they'll be no webcams/cctvs where he is).

Well, I feel better because I was worried with his new :heart::heart::heart: with Ellen, he might abandon Keith and Bjorne, but I see the latter in the background of these photos. I'm actually kind of laughing at the whole thing about EP, and I'm sure he goes to the CM more than we hear about, but it is sort of odd timing. I cannot believe he can find himself a woman who has a smaller wardrobe than his, so I'll say she's still in the good friend zone.

BC, the Blackhawks are making me tired and cranky.

I didn't even notice him at first, and then looked for the hair.

If EP and Alex actually hook up and and start living together, at least they won't have to worry about closet space. :)

It is being released in some countries overseas, Germany, IIRC, I can't remember where else.

It'll be interesting to see how it does in DVD sales, once it's released in August.

The East did alright in its third weekend:
