Yes it is! It is a Bonnie Cashin design. The original from 1969 was called a patch pocket. Mine is a stroll tote which was a reissue of the design, made in 1991. It is a bit bigger than the original. It is one of my treasures.
Am a fan. She designed uniforms for women in WWII . And, was one of the first to incorporate leather and hw used for bags on RTW.

This will be the first time we have a list / consign challenge that I have no bags that need to go. Yay, me! And I cleaned all my bags when I put them back in the closet after the remodel. And I doubt I’ll be able to pull off wearing my floral bags this month as they’re both dressy.Time for new fun

So I’m going for the Spring Colors challenge. I want to stay away from my black bags as much as possible until fall. I’m going to pick my Jimmy Choo large cream BonBon bucket, Jimmy Choo large caramel BonBon bucket and Prada Tamaris (pink) Mini Dbl Zip Tote.

April stats
Firstly, it’s with great relief and happiness that I can say that my Mother is still alive(just, as she had an ambulance out on Monday as she was choking).What a loving husband she has!
It’s been a totally hectic month, starting with my day out, ending with the fantastic birthday party..with my own birthday in between.
My 26 year old girlfriend broke up with her boyfriend of 3 years, so I’ve had to deal with her broken heart as well…
Bags-0 in , 0 out (although I wanted a new one)
SLG -0 in , 0 out (my gf gave me a personalised make up bag for my holiday, but I don’t count that)
Clothes-0 in, 2 out YTD 0 in, 17 out
I intended to buy clothes, on my day out, but my mind was on my Mum, now the weather is warming up I might find summer clothes, although I prefer tailoring.
Jewellery- high jewellery 0 in 0 out
My sister gave me a Jools silver necklace which I’ll never wear, and I gave my friend 2 pieces of jewellery as part of her birthday present.
I haven’t bought myself a birthday present yet, maybe I will in May..Ill update next month if I do.

I will do spring colors. I am going to move some of my darker colors further up and put the spring ones out for easier access. I used to just leave them where they are by color but then I would forget to use some. I lost the fight for self control this month! We went to Las Vegas and I had a shopping spree. The red Coach is a tiny purse but I plan to use it as a wallet so I'm counting it as a SLG. It was too adorable to leave behind. The cute zebra was a bargain from the Michael Kors outlet. Besides all of these, I bought 3 tops and ordered a pair of shoes, 2 pairs of sandals and a swimsuit.
Sales were dismal this month and not just because we were gone for part of the month. I sold a couple of home items and some jeans.
I got a lot of exercise shopping. I was worried I would have trouble with my foot but it wasn't too bad. I was happy that we came home when we did. I couldn't have handled another day with marathon walking. I used Uber for the first time.
It's already getting too hot to go on daily walks. I've been continuing exercising 3 times a week with the regimen the PT set up for me. I should be able to start swimming towards to the end of the month. I can hardly wait.
I carried 7 bags in April.
My daughter from New York is visiting in a couple weeks!
