I'd forgotten that you said it was a McQueen, but when I saw the photo, that was the first brand I thought of!
I recently bought and wore this top from H&M with simkhai jeans + my old pashli (mentioned up thread), cuz it's cotton.OK, so today I went food shopping after work. I had to pass several mid-range and fast fashion brand stores - so because you put chocolate brown and bubble-hem I am see these treads everywhere, everywhere, everywhere.
I've never had anything bubble-hem but I am really intrigued. I think you did well with your tops (so long as they're the right size for you). It's a great take on the trend.
I didn't see anything in brown that I loved. I can confidently predict I will have a stash of brown already, I already remembered I have not one but two pairs of brown trousers already, plus a Loewe suede coat and other leather jackets. I need to check my closet before buying more brown for sure.
I'm wondering if Self Edge is a pun on selvedge...I need some new jeans, but I have such narrow hips(and I’m not as slim as I used to be), that I have trouble finding anything to fit.
I saw some Armani Exchange jeans which looked very narrow, but it was too late in the day to try them on-with vanity sizing I’m really going to struggle.
Good American 24(00) were too large, my Samurai Geisha jeans became too loose…
I used to wear 3sixteen+ from Self Edge but haven’t ordered those for years..
Sorry to hear. Hoping that every day is slightly better than the last for you.I have been dealing with DH stuff for two-weeks straight. One step forward and two steps back. I am so tired and numb if I am brutally honest. Having my stitches out hardly registered (I still need to buy supplements).
I think Abercrombie and Hollister are very similar. They are part of the same company.Sorry I didn’t realise we had Abercrombie in the U.K.!
Levi’s generally don’t fit me very well-the rise is too high, and hips too wide in the ratio.
Firstly I’ll try my Diesels and see how many pairs I need..Momotaros ladies jeans have fitted me well in the past.
Thank you for the Uniqlo suggestion as well!
Don't they make them in kid's sizes? When I was in high school, I wore men's 501s in a size 28. I wore them down on my hips.I actually wear men's Levis 501s (button fly) and 505s (lower rise, zip, vertically no hips) - but I don't think they go small enough for you.
I can't wear peplums. They always hit me too high up, probably because I'm busty.I recently bought and wore this top from H&M with simkhai jeans + my old pashli (mentioned up thread), cuz it's cotton.
I think it helps to preserve the look of an hourglass shape + hiding slight bloats

I'm sure, they were/are the hardy perennial. I have a pair of very vintage Levis somewhere, I actually bought them preloved from a dealer for a shoot, I'm just not sure where I put them.
Levis (and later Japanese Evisu and the like) were all I could dream about when I was younger. Not just 501s. I obsessed by that Levis' space advert with the Babylon Zoo song. My sister bought the 'starring' jeans for my birthday. I can't think what was so revolutionary about them now.
I worked for Levi's headquarters in San Francisco a very long time ago. We could buy jeans from sample sales for $5.
Levi's, especially those that are closest to the original 5 pocket design, have always been cool.
Yes, high street stores and brands are where I am seeing these items.OK, so today I went food shopping after work. I had to pass several mid-range and fast fashion brand stores - so because you put chocolate brown and bubble-hem I am see these treads everywhere, everywhere, everywhere.

I'm sorry to hear this. I hope things get better soon.I have been dealing with DH stuff for two-weeks straight. One step forward and two steps back. I am so tired and numb if I am brutally honest. Having my stitches out hardly registered (I still need to buy supplements). My dear auntie and cousin have been great as well as my colleagues at work. I am very grateful for these amazing people around me (all of you too - and I know so many are going through such difficult times too)![]()
That's a good problem to have... but I guess a peplum skirt would work better if you ever went down that pathI can't wear peplums. They always hit me too high up, probably because I'm busty.
Yes!It is!I'm wondering if Self Edge is a pun on selvedge...
