Wide leg jeans will likely be my most worn style this fall as I love the relaxed/cool vibe. Would love to hear how you plan to style that McQueen dress which is striking! :flowers: I got the bubble hem top in small and wondering if I should exchange for extra-small since the bubble hem has a loose fit. It's a simple sleeveless tank style top in black but made in a soft, flowy material which drapes nicely around the bubble hem. Will look into posting a pic soon. I am not as drawn towards the bubble hem dresses (versus tops) though, although I might try one out of curiosity.

I have some wide leg cropped jeans in Scotland. They wee great for Summer in the north. I think I may have to go through my jeans and donate a couple of pairs. Maybe customise. I'll be trying on with AW jackets and jumpers first.I am on jeans ban island for at least a year.

I love the sound of your bubble hem top, it has me intrigued

My purchases from last month have arrived and I love them.
The bag is from Aimee Kestenberg. The leather is soft and gorgeous and the bag has tons of pockets. I was torn between this color and a purply gray but this color was cheaper and I think more unique for my collection as I have several gray bags already. I've already carried it, which is a sign that I really love it.

The flower charm was given to me by a sweet tpfer and the Dracula charm came from etsy.View attachment 6211299View attachment 6211302

Beautiful colour and the charms are very cute, congratulations. What a lovely present, it'll go really well with your new bag.

I need some new jeans, but I have such narrow hips(and I’m not as slim as I used to be), that I have trouble finding anything to fit.

I saw some Armani Exchange jeans which looked very narrow, but it was too late in the day to try them on-with vanity sizing I’m really going to struggle.

Good American 24(00) were too large, my Samurai Geisha jeans became too loose…

I used to wear 3sixteen+ from Self Edge but haven’t ordered those for years..

love it! Are the buckles real buckles or are they magnetic? The little vampire is so stinkin cute. My zatchel bag has magnetic buckles. I have yet to try it it as it is a real fall color.

@papertiger, here's the bubble hem top in black. As you can see, it's a very simple top. The white/cream one behind it is also bubble hem. Please excuse the mis-matched hangers: my closet is in a mess right now with not enough hangers for all my new additions so I have been using whatever hangers we have on hand at home till I order some new ones.

I might be exchanging these tops for one size down so wanted to take a quick pic before I do that. There is elastic in the hem and when worn, the hem poufs out (bubbles) ever so slightly. It is not an exaggerated bubble but a subtle one, which I prefer to a more obvious one. These are not cropped but rather, they're on the longer side. I happen to like the length but I'm sure there are plenty of other styles and variations of the bubble hem tops with shorter lengths available.

They're lovey! They have a cool minimalist vibe

@lill_canele, I think you were looking for low-rise jeans? I have not tried these since I prefer high-rise, but have seen people recommend them. They're the AG Adria low rise Baggy Wide-leg jean. They were on sale during the Nordstrom sale I think, but believe the sale is over now.
Thank you! I will check them out!

Thanks, there's a lot of material in the top but because it's a soft, drapey material, it drapes easily to the body. The added interest is really in the hem, which is why you don't want to tuck it in. I chose basic colors so I could just try them out but adding accessories or a jacket can dress them up a bit or change the vibe. In a way I feel bad for contributing to the fast fashion cycle by getting these but they were inexpensive and I do believe I will get several wears out of them.

I have been noticing a lot of fall offerings in rich chocolate brown (several items including dresses, tops, footwear etc). Question for everyone: Is anyone planning on getting anything in this color for the upcoming season?

Not as high end as you're used to, but if you look at stores for teenagers, you should have an easier time finding jeans that fit you. They're called junior sizes in the US. Don't get the styles that are called curvy. I've worn junior jeans most of my life.
