I usually don’t buy dupes. I know once I want the original, nothing else will satisfy me. BUT, I do have an Anya Hindmarch Ebury that I’ll probably never get rid of. It is basically that designer’s version of the
Prada Galleria tote. The irony is, the Ebury existed first — apparently, it “inspired” the Prada Saf Lux totes. Anyway, I got my Ebury about 5 years ago, partly because the Galleria bags were
everywhere and while I loved the style, I wanted something less conspicuous. The Ebury is goatskin and came with two straps — a black one that matches the bag, and a green one for contrast. I love the feel of chèvre over the saffiano leather, although the bag has lost some structure over the years. I wish Anya Hindmarch still made this model — I would have probably gotten another in a different color.
