I don't like using card slots in a bag because I don't want to have to move my cards around. I've left them in bags before. I would much rather move my card case from bag to bag. But then I have even less room for my stuff in tiny bags.
Exactly. Hence maybe WOCs are not for me and what I really need is small bags that don't have card slots.... I don't actually have any bags with card slots anymore I don't think! Yahoo.
I used to have a small bag with card slots, and it was fine... because that small bag was the only bag I owned! (Obviously, this was before I joined tPF and my entire life changed.)
But now I completely agree with you. I keep my cards in my little French Flap wallet, along with some cash, and it's easy-peasy to move the wallet from one bag to another. And if the bag is tiny, which is only if we're going out to a restaurant or the symphony or something like that, then I don't need everything in my wallet... I have a little card case that just has room for my driver's license, one credit card, one debit card, and $20 emergency funds.
I have a little card case with my DL, major credit cards, my health insurance card, debit card that I take everywhere. I have a larger wallet that has cash, store credit cards, coupons, and rewards cards. I carry it along with the card case in larger bags but when I switch to a tiny bag, I leave the large wallet at home. This way, I never have to move cards around. I have an emergency $20 in my coin purse.
I like a tiny card case even in bags with slots too. I hadn't considered what you do, Whateve. That's a good idea.
I hear you on the loved clothes and the skinny clothes!Getting rid of “perfectly good clothes that I don’t love” is the easiest for me. But throwing away ratty pieces that I wear it so often the thread is becoming bare is harder. And throwing away clothes I love and has worn years and years ago when I still thin is the hardest.
