I have another one! I know nothing of sports. Even during my time volunteering at a basketball camp, I still don't understand.

So imagine how baffled my friend looked when I babbled about bags, and my confusion when he'd enthusiastically attempt to teach me rules and strategies.

It's kind of crazy how handbag lovers can get some grief over their obsession, but any other obsession is perfectly okay. Like a car obsession isn't frowned upon or judged as quickly as a handbag one.

I am debating about thinning out some of my LV. My dh thinks I should keep them all. I have always bought them new and he thinks with all the higher prices if I regret it I will pay twice the price to replace it.

Which LVs do you have again?

Why do you want to thin out the LVs?

I'm with DH because you probably paid significantly less than what they are now. Any regretful repurchases can be really spendy.

Could DD use them? Or could you use your LVs more over other bags?

Not all sports for me but definitely FOOTBALL! More likely than not, I wind up watching the Super Bowl in some group and I can't remember from one year to the next what first and/in10 is and if I learn it, I forget by the next year. I couldn't tell you now…nor anything else about the game.

Wine! All I know is that white goes with fish & chicken, and red goes with steak. But I hardly ever eat beef, and I don't drink wine, so I am completely hopeless.
I can talk for hours about different designs of Hermes scarves, though! :giggle

Wine can be so obtuse. When I look at it on store shelves it seems I never see the same bottle with beautiful label twice.

But wine turned handbag judgement into handbag freedom for me. DH, who has a basic style of clothing that works for him, was raising his eyebrows as new bags came into the house. I was wondering how to context for him what was becoming my passion, and even context it for me at that point. Then I realized that, as a wine aficionado, he has cases sent from a vineyard he likes in California, and other pricey bottles from here and there. So we had a clear and present conversation ... "Here on these shelves are my bags, ready to be worn daily… where has all that wine gone, exactly?" Honestly, he got it, eyebrows have stayed in place, I've figured out which wines I like best from that vineyard (full bodied reds) and he's given over closet shelves to my bags

Honestly I think you should just use these more. I think they're so varied in styles that you could use these a lot.

Definitely give it thought. You have discontinued pieces too.

My thoughts exactly. Your group looks so varied and well edited. Perhaps you should use them on and off for some period of time ... months?? ... with the intention drilling down on how they fit with you now and whether you get a yes or a no from each of them.

To encourage the use of LVs, here's my Speedy!

With my
Coach x NASA rocket ship charm.

What's everyone carrying this weekend??

Heading out of the city for one night. Just packed up and about to load the car. Quick pic. with Foulonne crossbody so I can carry the other two in my hands. The neo with strap gives me the option for shoulder carry. She is a 2017 purchase with that in mind.

The Foulonne is really pretty!

Great purchase since you're using the Neo! What's the big bag?

Thank you Bake. I've used the Neo twice this summer and my only complaint is that the dark gray is a little somber. I might have to eventually do summer/winter and pick a summer color that's happier to look down at. I know the gray will be fine in the slushy winter.

The big one is a Coach weekender tote (i'm making that name up),15x20x8, from online factory sales a few years ago. It's proven very hardy and serviceable as I use it many weekends year round and stuff it quite full.

A summer/spring and a winter/fall color would be good! Do you have a color in mind?
