I had some time to take some new photos today. I have 3 Coach charms/key rings.

The weather has been quite rainy. This is the bag I am currently using. The little bear is trimmed in mink.

Great charms and lovely bag/charm combinations!

Thanks Sparkle. A couple of my losses were people who passed. Most days get a little bit easier. Just looking for a new normal. [emoji9]
I hope happy memories help you get through this difficult time. Sending virtual hugs. :hugs:

No time to take a new beach photo today, but I have an old one that carries on with our theme this week.

I still don't think I'll be a bag charm girl but I'm beginning to really like the twillies and scarves on some bags. I just saw another cutie dressed up in twillies on the "what bag are you wearing thread".

I can see how they would really do a great job of helping coordinate a bag into an outfits color scheme or even provide a pop of color to a neutral or monochromatic outfit. I may have to take the plunge at some point.

A picture of my speedy this morning but we are expecting thunderstorms later so poor bag is being put back. My twilly on it.
So pretty!

Now they loaded. They just sit in a drawer and never get worn. They were all gifts.
These are lovely!

Here's the bag that got away from me about 2 years ago, soft buffalo leather with silver hw, almost mint (plastic off tho...) with cards and dustbag, medium Lily by Mulberry
Gorgeous Lily, I like the colour and the leather.

And one more H scarf... i just could not resist
It's brand new (well, it feels so), with a box and tag, for a fraction of a cost and in most beautiful colourway....
Great find, you are a pro shopper!

I didn't know there were lots of bag shops here in Macau! The first one I saw, at a hotel, I asked if their bags are preloved since there are a very good assortment (Hermes, Gucci, Balenciaga, BV, etc). I was given a very emphatic NO! The lady said they import directly from Europe and since there are no taxes in HK/Macau, their prices are cheaper than retail. And almost all the shops I asked said that selling fakes here will get the seller into jail. So I relaxed a bit since one sister sent me on a mission to look for a Bal City (we thought at a boutique). And look what I found at Senado Square! It's 2016 3 but for the price it's a real deal. I like it for myself but am on Pause Peninsula now.

Btw, we got caught in the rain (luckily before I bought the Bal) and I was so glad I was carrying my Longchamp Le Pliage! I was wearing my Tory Burch leather slip ons which I generously sprayed with Collonil before leaving for the trip, so those are fine also.

Ooooohhhh! I'm drooling msd! This is so beautiful! Is this at a Bal store? [emoji7]

Super scarf!!
Thank you, ksuromax! It's tempting to add more ...
Oh WOW! That is a scarf I could absolutely love.
Thanks, Sparkle! Not to enable, but you may "need" an H scarf. [emoji6]

Sooooo...remember my cursed red Gucci Soho bag that I sold three times to three scammers? :annoyed: In the third sale's dispute, PayPal sided with the buyer and scammer #3 was supposed to send the bag back.

Well, I go to Europe for 3 weeks and get back - no bag. I check the post office to see if it was mis-sorted and not placed in my held mail. Nope. I checked the PayPal website and the money has been refunded to her but no record of a shipment. :whut: So I have no money and no bag. I call PayPal and they said yes she was supposed to send the bag back to get a refund but because I hadn't responded to something while I was gone, they let her keep the bag and gave her the money. What in the world???? :cursing:

So I've talked to multiple people over two days. Finally someone with common sense reimbursed me. I'm very glad I got the sales proceeds which is actually better then getting the bag back a third time.

But, I'm frustrated with two things. One of the "managers" I spoke with said that when I sent the pictures, authentication and receipt, it really didn't matter because they aren't in the business of knowing bags. So the best I would ever get as a seller is for the person to send the merchandise back. They'll never make the buyer keep the product and honor the sale. Why have an investigative process if they don't use evidence provided. (And of course that means a scammer could send back an empty box and get the both bag and the money.)

My second and bigger issue is that Scammer #3 DID get the money and the bag. How do some people live with themselves???

I'm worn out. I decided to get quotes from consigners on the last 3 bags I want to sell and ship them off. After 5 years of selling almost 150 bags this is the only issue I've had. But it was enough to make me d-o-n-e with selling for quite a while. I'm glad I love everything I have. :-s
