I have a first. A Cole Haan bag I had for sale at less then half of what I paid hasn't sold and I am delighted. I used it yesterday because it zips closed. It is so comfortable and easy to use I took it off sale and am keeping it.

I keep the bags I want to sell with the ones that I am keeping. So it forces me to be a bit more conscious of how much I have. Do you remove yours to a separate area once you determine a bag must go?

I keep the bags that I am planning on selling, donating or gifting in a cloth storage container. Currently I only have one bag that I am considering letting go.

I have no multicolored bags to share, so I will share my new Gucci Blooms slides. This Balenciaga Papier A4 mini tote is my first bag from this brand. The smell of the leather is intoxicating!

Took this photo after it stopped raining, so I did not yet get a chance to carry my new bag.

If it doesn't have a new home yet, it stays where it's stored. If it has a new home and is pending, I sit it elsewhere.
