2017 resolution - shopping my own bag and wallet collection. Any one else?

My multicolored bags:

• Celine Edge in python and black leather w/shwView attachment 3705443 View attachment 3705444I love multicolored colored bags and would like a few more. But I've been focused on getting my core collection complete first.

My Chanel tote is the absolute best buy of my entire collection for two reasons. First, I got it for only $530 on eBay in phenomenal condition. (It was poorly listed and photographed.) I was so scared it was a fake that I sent it in to be authenticated v. just sending in pictures. Second it showed me I can love totes. I didn't think that was possible. But this tote showed me it is and raised the bar. My tbd black tote has to be perfect.

This is a beautiful workhorse. I wish I could preach in the screen and give the leather a little squish in my hands!

Just realized, pink and red bicolor anything is my weakness. I have this LD in pink/red, espadrilles in pink/red and also a pink/red dress

Beautiful multicoloured bags!

My only multi-colored bag (orange, cobalt, black) and it also happens to be the mini-bag I'm carrying this weekend. It's a Jason Wu Daphne mini bag, no longer made. I bought it 4 years ago when I was just becoming smitten with bags and didn't know anything about designers, or prices, or leathers, or... well... anything, really! When I first saw it on line I fell in love with the "barbell" hardware at the closure, which I still love!
I don't carry this bag often, because it only holds my phone, a tiny wallet, keys, tissues, and a lipstick, but sometimes it's just right, so I don't plan to sell it.

I wouldn't have that bag for long because my mother would be after it. There would be a fight. As @Sparkletastic mentioned I love red and pink (and red and purple too)

I like the braided detail on this bag. And I especially love that the "connector" between the strap and body is leather. Sometimes I just want a scrumptious all leather bag - no obvious metal except for maybe a zipper. Just yummy leather. They are so hard to find.

Well, I sold my last bag I've had a mini clear out of stuff over the last few weeks, but this last bag has been more hassle than everything else put together. I nearly gave up, so many people emailing but not bidding, and generally being a PITA, and then unbelievably, mailing me offering more money if I cancel the winning bidder! I think I doubled the size of my blocked buyers list on this one
Anyway, flush with funds, I shopped my wardrobe, and this scarf arrived today which I bought on consignment last week - coincidentally, (given recent discussion) it's pink/orange! I bought it just for the colours and I love it

This color is stunning. I wish I could do scarfs. I can't touch silk or satin because my hands are always so dry from constantly washing them to make sure they are paint free. I am so enjoying seeing these artistic pieces. I have a couple that were given as gifts but they are rarely worn.
