I've been carrying my LV Capucines all week. Such a convenient bag in the BB size, and a good weight, too.
Weekend plans: DH and I are going out to dinner at our favorite restaurant to celebrate our anniversary tomorrow night. I haven't decided which bag to take... maybe my little Jason Wu Daphne mini-bag. (I'll post it next week when we show pix of multicolored bags!)
Then on Sunday it's the last concert of the Symphony season (we have a subscription) and if I'm not lazy I'll switch to a different small bag.
The baby shower sounds like fun! Are you going to try the bouncy castle??? :eek:

This was one of my few impulse buys actually, light and strong and so beautifully made, it's so useful in the Summer, a real shopper that expands and contracts so easily (and with 4 zipped compartments).

I remember the days of school camping trips with DD & DS. I "camped" during the day and stayed in a local hotel at night. Funny thing is that I'f always end up with a room full of kids who gave up on the camping too. :lol:
Enjoy these days. They are precious!:amuse:

And I completely forgot that the group started a travel thread.

I just got home about an hour ago. I am WORN OUT! This was a crazy busy couple of days. But family has gathered, DD had graduated and life is good!!! :p

My multicolored bags:
• Chanel iridescent caviar beige and black tote w/ghw
• Celine Edge in python and black leather w/shwIMG_1095.JPG IMG_3926.JPGI love multicolored colored bags and would like a few more. But I've been focused on getting my core collection complete first.

My Chanel tote is the absolute best buy of my entire collection for two reasons. First, I got it for only $530 on eBay in phenomenal condition. (It was poorly listed and photographed.) I was so scared it was a fake that I sent it in to be authenticated v. just sending in pictures. Second it showed me I can love totes. I didn't think that was possible. But this tote showed me it is and raised the bar. My tbd black tote has to be perfect.

This isn't really a kids-only trip. It's for adult, too, and I'd say it's very fun. [emoji4]
