Speaking of travel 'just in case', I asked my sis in law who went on a trip to Spain to get me this expandable Longchamp travel tote (a lot cheaper there). I already have the non-expandable version but it proved to be too small as a second checked in piece during my last travel. So, just in case, especially if my airline ticket allows 2 pcs free for check in. But this does not have the hole for padlock unlike the non-expandable one. This is in Bilberry. Just got it yesterday. But I will not count this as this is for travel.

Mine is the one I'm currently carrying: my LV Montaigne BB in Marine Rouge. I just can't seem to get enough of this bag! Every time I go to switch it out with a different bag, I say to myself "just one more day"...
To my surprise, it has even worked on drizzly days. My SA told me not to treat it with a waterproofer, so I didn't. The raindrops just bead up and I brush them off.

Love this bag and looking at it in noir also in the bb size. Is it wearing well and do you have pro lens with it twisting when on your shoulder or crossbody. Is the zipper a problem? THX and love the color of it. So rich looking. THX

Love love your metallic's! I think I need one. I was wearing my soft silver Frye top sides and I have silver birkis and rose gold Matt Bernson sandals.
Thanks, dc! I think you'd love a metallic as a neutral. A soft metallic could be great for your summery tote. Try searching the purse blog (not TPF) for metallics and for summer totes. I do that sometimes when I need to get inspiration.
Your MiuMiu and JChoo are fabulous!!!!
And Boy is beyond words gorgeous!!!!
Thank you!
Love these, especially the PS (adore that papier-y treatment of the metallic flap), the Choo and of course the Boy. All of them, really.
Thanks!!!
I like the PS! It's not working for you?
I think this is a case of I need to settle a bit. I loved the Miu Miu and PS til I saw the silver microcannge Dior flap. But I refuse to buy that bag because it peels. So, I think wanting the Dior made me a little falsely discontent. Both bags are easy to dress up or down so I need to appreciate them more. :amuse:
Great evolution in your metallics collection!
Thanks! :p Finding the perfect gold bag took a lot of "work". So I'm really glad to have found him.

I love your Bal Work! You know how you just know you'll end up owning a bag but haven't pulled the trigger? That's how I am with Bals. I love seeing them and know that one day I'll pounce.

Fossil Erin satchel
Coach Rhyder
I came within a hair's breadth of buying a Rhyder in pewter but was scared off because someone mentioned they're heavy. I love the color and treatment on yours. Do you find it to be heavy fully loaded?

I don't think the Rhyder is heavy. I'm used to large bags and this one isn't anywhere close to my heaviest.

Thanks for posting pics of all your metallics, ladies! Like @Sparkletastic, metallics are my favorite neutrals, too! I wish I could share my metallics, but all of my bags are in transit to my new home in Florida. We're moving for DH's work from one tropical climate to another in a different part of the world, so I'm happy. (I'm a tropical gal. Hawaii will always be my happy place.)

I have several metallic bags---two BV pillow bags in silver and rose gold metallic, one anthracite bag by the now dissolved Belen Echandia brand, blue and bronze metallic bags by Massaccesi, and two evening clutches in mottled silver and mottled gold metallic.

I love, LOVE all of Bottega Veneta's metallics! Argento, Armatura, Mallow...swoon...

I'm not sure the best place to post this but hoping that one of you can help me identify this gorgeous bag. I saw it out to lunch but didn't see the brand and I LOVE it. All I saw was that it is imprinted 'made in italy' on the inside. I didn't get a very good photo but it looked very heavy duty with nice suede/raw leather interior. Then, it has a colorblocking on the outside with a white strip up top and the rest of the bag is a nice greige. Any help would be MUCH appreciate.
