I wouldn't take it off sale if it's not functional for you. Perhaps drop the price another 10% or add in a bonus like an inexpensive scarf? I know this is frustrating. Some bags just seem to linger.I'm late for the browns week. Sorry a collage is all I can manage now. As you can see, my browns are really mostly taupe. Though I get attracted to brown bags, it is hard for me to incorporate them into my wardrobe. So I try to stay away.

Clockwise: LV Stresa, Fendi Pequin hobo, MZW Paige, Marc Jacobs The Box bag, AMQueen small Padlock and Christian Dior Panarea.
Actually the Fendi has been up for sale since late last year. I'm trying to decide if I shoukd take down the listing and just use the bag. I have difficulty with the hobo style.
I think this color exercise is not only fun but helpful for managing our collections. As you pointed out, we actually "see" our bags and can make better assessments of what we need and what we need to punt. It will be fun to see what you decide to rehome and what you decided to buy as a replacement.I don't currently have any metallic or multi-colored bags, so I am actually done with this exercise.
I really enjoyed taking photos of my bags. I am currently using the Fendi clutch that I had refreshed, by Leather Pros, and have been for several days. I am glad I didn't let it go!
It made me realize that a couple of bags that I own, deserve a new home. Although I still like them, I don't see myself using them more frequently than I previously did. If they sell, I will put the funds towards a new bag. [emoji41]
ETA: No jeweled bags either.

And, don't forget. After we do jeweled/embellished next week, we have the final color week which is multicolored.
** Question for all - what do you want to do once we finish our colors? **
