Thank you so much to everyone for the care and solidarity against the cuckoo buyer.
I normally don't have a lot of problems selling items and -knock on wood - have yet to get scammed. But it's super irritating when this kind of thing happens.
As a happy coincidence, I got an offer on a different bag that I accepted. So I'll shop that out on Wed when I do a quick in and out turn around. That will keep my numbers as they were end of March.
In some down time I also listed a number of things. (I had taken pictures which were on my phone but hadn't gotten around to listing.) @papertiger - I totally get how it seems like it's "work" to list anything. I can't stand it. But, I persevered and have approx $5k of random stuffs (bags, jewelry, clothes) listed. I'm going to take the proceeds from anything that sells and add it to my Europe fun money budget.
So I ask the eBay / Tradesy / Vestiaire / Poshmark gods to be kind to me.
I was a complete nonbeliever til I saw most of the options work better than the chemicals (like vinegar on glass)
I looooove all the fashion and style talk. :whoohoo: It's fun and gives everyone new ideas. Keep it coming! I love to hear more about how everyone styles their bags. Pictures of fill outfits are also very welcome. Also, I'm copying some of the comments on the Hermes leathers and colors in my Evernote in case I ever decide to venture down that path.

Except for the onion these are all tips I use for cleaning. A previous housekeeper taught me how to use natural products and I love it because I don't have all the harsh chemicals around.Esp if bicarbonate of soda is in the toothpaste. BTW bicarb and white vinegar de-greases, polishes off taps and most bathroom fittings, de-gunks sinks and drains. Lemon juice is the best glass cleaner I've ever used (I have a glass sided shower). A wedge of cut onion will deodorise trainers. Most of the commercial brands just package everyday ingredients plus a host of nasties you wouldn't want in the environment ever let alone in your bathroom/kitchen then sell them back to us for 100 x the money.

I really like your look. The boots are gorgeous.Yes, the 35 is definitely too big for now while carrying the baby tote as well. I'm starting to look forward to thinking up some casual outfits. I usually wear skirts and dresses but not necessarily dressy. It might be cute with a mini skirt and boots. Maybe that comes to mind because that's what I'm wearing at the moment

I also prefer the look of flaps and satchels, but I am a "what if" person so I always need a tote for practicality. Your Alix tote is very cute, I like that it has some edginess to it and is a bit unexpected.
There's an edgy fashion thread??? :search; What is the title? I'd love to go see!The thing with Barenia is that even if you think your hands are dry, they can definitely cause a very minor smudge on the bag. I am assuming that once I or H spa go over the whole bag with any kind of baume those types of smudges will even out. When Barenia really stains I think it is from oily spills.
The "edgy fashion" thread is mine and yep, I was super worried that in my lots-of-black lots-of-edge wardrobe Gold might not be the best choice (especially having both B and K in gold), but I've seen people all in black with a gold bag look amazing. Personally I love Gold because it is the BEST with jeans. So, yes - one of my uniforms is T-shirt/jeans/scarf/boots and another is silk blouse/jeans/heels or boots - and Gold works PERFECTLY with both outfits. If I wear all black, personally I will carry a darker bag, preferably black, but that's not a rule at all. @arabesques shows gold with black on her blog a few times, I think (Aesthetic Alterations) and naturally it looks fabulous.
I also agree that with a 14-month-old you are going to be gravitating to different bags and IF (if) the K isn't your favorite right now that may not always be the case.
I totally agree! I love Etoupe on others or by itself and do NOT like it on me at all. Gold for day, black for night, and you're coveredI wear Gold year-round, for instance if I am wearing a camel coat it's fantastic.
