I didn't see any 'fat-shaming'. Sorry if I upset anyone, I was saying how it is for me and I am hardly a size 00. Having spent a lot of time and money on my wardrobe I'm not going to leave it to waste or give it way end of story. I can't afford to replace the classic McQueen and Gucci I have with larger sizes so I will make sure I fit what I have, end of discussion from me. People go on diets for many reasons, I don't think people should shame those that feel happy with the way they are, When I was a child I would have been kicked out my (ballet) school for putting on weight I don't think that's right either. People can speak for and about themselves without it being a comment aimed at anyone else.
You didn't see any "fat shaming" because there wasn't any. If someone is happy being fat. Yippee. If someone is happy being medium. Yippee. If someone is happy being slim. Yippee. No one has even intimated that there is one way to be happy.

I'm happy with my size. I like being slim, curvy and fit. I like talking to others about fitness and health stuff. I love trading tips & recipes. I love supporting others on their journeys. It's fun! And me sharing about my happy isn't a statement on anyone else or their approach. Just like me stating effusively that I love pink isn't a statement on anyone who is crazy about purple. I'm happy with others being happy in a different way. I'm not "shamed" if I'm taking a different path.

People here and in broader life need to stop being sensitive and going on the attack if they are diasagreed with or if someone simply states they live their life in a certain way. No one has to stand up for anything on this thread because no one is hurtful on this thread.

We also don't have group think on this thread. We disagree on everything from brands to styles to colors to weather preferences to child rearing practices to foods we like to.... And that makes our conversations interesting.

And, personally, that flow of very different ideas and approaches helps me to learn and become a better me. I have eaten my words a number of times as I've been educated to different approaches. I listen and incorporate new ideas. I'm not frustrated when they challenge my approach.
We should just talk about bags.

That's why I'm here, to talk about shopping my collection.

Unless that's not the purpose of being here anymore?
I'm really tired of the defensiveness and try to ignore it. But I'm going to say this. Feel free to just talk about bags if that makes you happy. You should do whatever makes you happy. But we never have limited our discussions to just talking about bags (or even just shopping our closets) on this thread.

Our conversation is vibrant. We talk about bags, clothes, jewelry, scarves, music bands, plans to buy houses, budgeting, mental health issues, medical conditions, boyfriends, girlfriends and spouses, jobs, school, mothers, pets, dieting, holidays, vacations, cultural differences, disappointments, celebrations and so much more. You know that, you bring up your own non bag topics and you happily participate in others.

If a topic is one you don't like ignore it. I ignore what doesn't interest me. It's that easy.

Not sure but I'd love a green bag  and green is one of my favourite colours for walls!
I have been wanting a green bag for a WHILE! I can't find the right one but I stay hopeful.
I Started craving a coral colored bag for summer!
I always crave a coral bag. This is another color I really want but haven't found the right one. But I do love Vink's Lady Dior. That had gotten me thinking.

Something like this?
I just got it ready for a spin, been thinking of coral all past week, too

That's gorgeous!

I'm afraid i don't think I have any coral to share *thinking*. I know Delvaux was doing coral this season but they're doing more structured bags ATM.

Coral, Jade, orange, violet, turquoise sorts of colours are more my sister and (additionally bright rose, fuchsia, lipstick pink, royal blue and emerald) my mother. I like coral and I think it suits me but I'd probably keep to a scarf in the colour. The exception may be ksuromax's bag above ha ha

Anyone avoid colours associated with close family members and best friends?

I like zingy greens and moss greens too. Mulberry did a bright green called cabbage green which was stunning, and I've been watching a coral tote for weeks, I think coming into spring makes us long for fresh colours :-)
