This was my HG brooch. I spotted it too late and it was sold out online, at the boutique, and at authorized retailers. Couldn’t even find it preloved.

I got it for half off the original price, in which I’m thrilled. DBF thinks it’s a bit overpriced but since it’s so me, he relented. It’s part of my Christmas gifts, but I insisted to wear it to my friend’s wedding so there’s no point in wrapping it. [emoji23]

I’ll wear it to work next week on my new-to-me Chanel jacket.

So I finally have something that’s a giant B! It’s been something I’ve wanted for years, but never found the right one.

The funny thing was I didn’t want to go to the Balenciaga boutique, but went out of boredom because they were debating on shoes. [emoji85] I almost stepped out the shop until I spotted that in the case.

So this is my last brooch. I have 3 from Chanel, various pins from Coach, and now this from Balenciaga!

This is cool! I can totally see it on a Chanel jacket. I love brooches but rarely wear them for some reason.

Posted this too in the Massaccesi thread. Bought a cheap short strap for my Zhoe Legend. I really like this length and width of strap! 1-2 inches more strap drop would be fine too.

ETA: Actually, the strap will be my Secret Santa's gift for me. I ordered the strap online together with coworkers (someone paid for all the orders first). When it arrived, some suggested that I just put it on my wishlist for Secret Santa to relieve SS of thinking about what to get me, SS will just pay for it. I have a feeling that 1 of these girls is my secret santa! Lol. Our Christmas Party is still next week but I preferred to use the strap. Secret Santa will just wrap the (empty) box this strap came in. [emoji16]

This is simply fabulous, bake. A true statement piece. You're going to get a lifetime's worth of wear out of this. Congrats on your find, and (even better), getting it at 50% off.
I can definitely see it on a Chanel jacket. Classy!
