Showing my style today with an etsy bag that is the LIGHTEST I own, and the leather is so yum I can’t stop touching it. Totally unlined, raw edge, but whatevs, i love it. It matches the shell top I’m wearing underneath this wildly printed top, inspired to pull out today because of ksuromax’s lovely RL print top yesterday.
Same shawl and betabrand dress pants yoga pants as yesterday because it’s like 34 degrees and raining outside so mud gets all over my lower leg outside so might as well mess up the same ones that got dirty yesterday before tossing to the hamper. Plus they are so comfy.

Today to church then to the mall with a Never Wear bag, but I must say I loved using her! This LV was my first premiere designer bag and predates my membership in tpf. I've styled her with a sleeveless top from Debenhams, cropped pants from Uniqlo, ballerina flats from Tod's and Gucci scarf used as belt. The necklace was given to me long before I knew how to accessorize, I think by an aunt overseas?

I've been thinking about my top 5 bags in terms of spark joy, based on the question here. A revelation- I'm having a hard time filling the 5 up!! Just the same, here is the list I came up with:

1. Saint Laurent blue tote - I don't know why I love it since shopping tote is really not my fave style, but I love carrying her and smelling the wonderful leather scent. It gives me a wonderful feeling overall when I'm wearing her.

2. Massaccesi red midi Minerva - the color on this is soooo beautiful, plus the leather smell is heavenly, plus the shoulder strap length just works!

3. Alexander McQueen black Padlock - I know the other color I have has more oomph factor and has better leather, but I just love the versatility of this black bag!

4. LV Speedy 30 Epi in black - it's such a classic and I love carrying her. Maybe it would have been 110% love if I got it brand new!

5. LV Alma PM Epi in black - I don't automatically reach for this bag, but when I do I feel elegant! As with the Speedy, this would probably be 110% love if I have it in the current version and brand new.

You are making me want to get a midi minerva in tangerine, which would be a very similar bag to your red cherry one, just a hint orangey. I have a really strong hankering for tangerine and a third midi minerva seems like a great idea given how much I found I (surprisingly! To me) love the style.

This bag represents a success for my bag shaper/organizer. I would not be nearly as into a totally unlined puddly bag but with my shaper/organizer in there, the bag is a joy to use and still light as a feather.
My massaccesi midi soulmate yesterday was another bag that I prefer a shaper/organizer in. That organizer/shaper has been the best forty bucks ever spent in my bag obsession.

I am studying for finals at a nearby restaurant, because my kids are not here and I can concentrate! At least somewhat. Just turned in one economics research paper and now on to more math....

I'm guessing a tangerine bag will be very beautiful as I have a swatch and I think there was a reveal before. The full size Minerva was I think the first profile pic of M handbags, and I really liked it then! And I'm glad it has worked for me in the midi! My first one which I have rehomed had the standard specs, but for this red, I asked for top zipper closure and no central compartment. In hindsight I think I should have asked for the longer front flap too. Btw, I love your nabuk version!!

I’m fine with the canvas. It’s got two small spots on the back but I can live with that.

It’s the wrinkled leather that kinda gets me more. But their spa does take a long time, and I don’t know how much it’ll cost to spa a pretty inexpensive (to them) bag.

I’ll enjoy it longer, and will send it in when I won’t carry it because it looks too worn.
That would probably be the best approach.

I wore my silver microcannage Diorama today. This is absolutely my favorite bag.:yahoo: I paired it with jeans, a one shoulder multi colored blue top and silver strappy sandals. Simple silver jewelry finished the look.

Again, I'm too lazy to put this in Stylebook. :whut: I wish I had saved stock photos of everything when I bought them. Oh well. My probation closet will let me know what needs to go next year. Lol! View attachment 3884009
Looks great with jeans.
