I was actually trying to figure out yesterday how the one from Nordstrom is different from the one from coach! Because I've never seen the cornflower 23 at coach. Are they not the same? :o
Uggh. Well, thanks for reminding me that I placed this order. I checked my credit card and there was no charge so I called my SA. After an extended period on hold where he called Jax and spoke with someone in the actual warehouse, I learned that there are no more 35's and my order has been cancelled.
I don't understand how Coach operates...what company cancels an order and doesn't even bother notifying the customer??
I ordered the black/oxblood but that kinda doesn't matter now.
i was in the coach store to return a wallet that i had bought with PCE. they convinced me to buy one of the new pre-fall saddle bags, also gave me the 30%, so i fell for it. they had the olive and the burgundy. the burgundy is quite pretty, the olive i was disappointed it wasnt a deeper green.

Oh no...I feel your pain. A few months ago I ordered the wild beast shawl in persimmon, and it was supposed to be shipped out from a store. Same thing-the order was cancelled, and I had to call after two weeks before I even found out about it. Hope you'll be able to get another one somehow!
so i received my whipstitch mineral saddle bag today. The front flap, when you look at it from an angle, looks streaky the way the dye lays on the grain of the bag. Does anyone else know what I'm referring to without pictures? I think the bag is a return anyway. Should I return?
I know exactly what you're talking about and it's one of the major reasons I didn't buy this bag in camel. They consider it normal though.
I have the oxblood saddle and the first one they brought out had those streaks, they said it's the normal character/grain of the leather but I did not like it so they brought out a different one which looked perfect-no streaks. For the price you are paying (even with a PCE), I would exchange it.
