I did the same thing with the eggplant Nomad I bought in-store; there were too many creases on an obvious place, so I asked for another. Hope this one fits the bill!

I think I know what you mean, too - my white rogue has them on the front if you look from a certain angle. I had two to compare and decided that the streaks bothered me less (they aren't real obvious) than the squashed corner of the other one that I had! I'm glad you got an exchange and hope it's perfect. :smile1:

Thanks happibug. It's all about what we can tolerate. The streaks were on my flap and quite noticeable in the sunlight at an angle. Even at 30 percent off, these bags are still expensive and the customer deserves satisfaction!! : )

I saw the new saddle 23 in the Bordeaux color. Very pretty but what surprised me is the interior color is red not tan like on the website. The orange one has a brighter orange interior, the demin has that tan color.
