Joining with a black and oxblood saddlebag! I am very happy with the size I picked since I can fit my full size iPad in there. I had the hangtag monogrammed in pink and received that in the mail Tuesday since the store I went to was getting their table replaced and I don't live near by. Very happy with how it turned out. [emoji3]
YES!!! The front of my mineral is all streaky- as if the coloring is uneven or got wet. The top flap is fine-- it's the inside front that's all streaky.
I'm started to get interested in this bag but now they don't seem to have all the color options in this size. Looks great in the black. Congrats!
I took mine back and was able to get a brand new one. In the store it looks good but will have to take it out in the sunlight tomorrow. Crossing fingers. A couple sales associates thought I was crazy and couldn't tell what I was referring to. Oh well. Rocketgirl, I'm glad that your streaking is limited to the inside under the flap. I don't think it's a real obvious thing and I'm sure others aren't analyzing my bag the way I am. I just know that if I'm aware of any imperfections I won't be able to get it out of my head and I will focus on them every time I carry the bag.
I'm glad you got a new one. You're not crazy, those streaks are noticeable. I love mine, leather is amazing!
Those SA's are the crazy ones. These streaks happen on the Nomad as well as the glove-tanned saddle bags, and for the price you pay you should be able to get one you're satisfied with. I did the same thing with the eggplant Nomad I bought in-store; there were too many creases on an obvious place, so I asked for another. Hope this one fits the bill!

When I was at the store all they had was black/oxblood and I think the smoke? I was surprised at the little options. Thankfully I had intentions of getting the black/oxblood version otherwise I would have been very disappointed.
Agree - also glad the streaking is under the flap. I noticed only out in sunlight - as in: whoa - what happened - did this thing get wet? Looks like drips running down.
I'll stick with this one. Under the flap is OK, and trying to do better could wind up with worse!

I think I know what you mean, too - my white rogue has them on the front if you look from a certain angle. I had two to compare and decided that the streaks bothered me less (they aren't real obvious) than the squashed corner of the other one that I had! I'm glad you got an exchange and hope it's perfect.
