Yeah I'm so confused. I used the 30% off Mother's Day discount I got in the mail on a dinky but they're back ordered so I called CS to cancel the order. The discount wouldn't work anymore and they said they can use the discount for me over the phone. I ask them to order the cornflower saddle and they told me that bag is excluded from the 25% and 30% and they were shocked that when I was placing the order online the 25% worked -.- so I didn't get to use me 30% and had to settle for the 25%.

That seems odd. I didn't get a coupon in the mail. However, I got a call last week letting me know of the invitation sale. I went down to the store and she looked me up and saw that I was eligible for the 30% off. She had to order my bags specialty because Im getting them monogramed, but they were included in the 30% off discount. No issues.

Yeah when I was at my FP store and looking at the saddle they didn't say anything about that not being included in the sale promotions. I talked to about 2-3 CS reps on the phone and they all said the saddle bag wasn't included and I was like no I know people that used the discount and they were just like "that's strange". So I gave up on trying to do anything over the phone with them.

I got my order placed by the SA (she placed online) cancelled. I called the 1800 number and the lady said the saddle bags are sold out in every color! So I called back the Falls store and my SA called Dadeland mall - and they had 2 in stock in the blue. I just got my receipt via email - still including the 30% off (I made double sure). They will send out my bag for engraving, and give me a call when ready for pickup. Odd thing is, the Saddle 23 bags still show in stock online. Either or - I'm glad I got the bag with the discount.

Yeah actually originally the Saddle I ordered was on backorder and I called CS and they said more would be coming in on the 7th. As of now the Dinkys are also apparently on backorder till the 17th. I think both styles are in high demand! Yeah all the bags are still available to order online I'm assuming BC they will be getting more in maybe?

I'm glad I got my Dinkys. I got the pink a while ago. Just ordered the green yesterday. So far, no cancellations
