I got the Fog and Tabac. Keeping both. They were wrapped HORRIBLY...so badly I took photos of them in the shipping box. The box was huge and then the inside black "gift" boxes were crushed in there (I don't like those new "envelope" style ones for shipping (may be okay for in-store purchases). I dug through the box like a maniac hoping that these bags were going to have damages. But, thankfully, both were fine. I didn't like how the straps were tucked in so I have them both hanging but both in great condition; no marks whatsoever.
I also got the chalk and I already know it's going back. It was in good condition, but had two little marks on the front. Panic set in, again, and I got a little cloth with some cleaner on it and both marks came off. Then I found another and I thought "this is how this bag is going to be forever...constantly looking at it to see what may have gotten on it" so I'm pretty sure it's going back.
Are you keeping your Fog? And what about your Chalk?

That's terrible. Were they shipped that way coming from a store or JAX?

The medium saddle bag looks smaller than the whiplash saddle bag to me, but they are the exact same dimensions, right? I guess it's the difference in the leather.

I have contacted Coach via online customer service & they'll email you a prepaid return shipping label in situations like this. Be surs to give them the details of your order (order #, trans #, etc.) to make it easiest for them.
Fog is a definite keeper!

Ok thanks. Are you keeping tabac? That's also a great color. I have a saddle 35 in that color... In fact, I just started using my 35 a few days ago, even though I've had it for a few months.

I am so pleased at how absolutely perfect this purse is for me. I initially got a 23 in tabac/carmine, but oof, that was way too tiny. And like everyone else pointed out, it does get a tad hard to open the flap since the leather is stiffer (although it hopefully gets softer with use). But here, the leather is substantial yet still smooshy and awesome, and depth-wise, I can fit in 2 regular-sized books plus my double-zip wallet. Aka it'll do well for every day use. I also had a black rogue, which is way gorgeous and can definitely fit more, but I couldn't see myself reaching for it daily. Now I can retire the 3yo Kate Spade little minka I've been defaulting to for the last 3 years! :laugh:
