Thanks, I just wanted a subtle monogram on the front. More than blind though. I thought this was the best compromise.

Blargh, sorry my picture sucks, but here it is haha! It is a contrasting yellowy orange tan?? It's a bit deeper and orange tan than the pic suggests lol (but not as shockingly bright from Coach's pics).

Yeah, the buckles against the flap are WAY easier to maneuver with the softer pebbled leather. I wonder if anyone's regular saddle bag has gotten smooshier/easier to use flap-wise now? Because I am mostly conjecturing from the Nomad and how the glovetanned leather on it gets with usage.Maybe conditioning it frequently will also help? But YAYYYY on the rogue and loving it!!

Well, after I posted last night I took my saddle bag out and to my surprise it was much more squishy than it had been when I was carrying it a few weeks before. A couple weeks ago, I applied three coats of blackrock and then packed it away. I was a little upset after applying the blackrock then because it didn't seem to do anything, but I'm thinking that with it put away for a while the conditioning went to work and softened it up a bit. I am carrying it today and there really is quite a difference. I'm much happier with it now.
I got the oxblood rogue but haven't carried it yet. It's beautiful and I love it, but I'm still trying to justify the amount I've spent, especially since I paid full price for the saddlebag and I also bought a small dinky when I got the rogue for PCE. [emoji51]

Love the color! Could you post a picture of the inside of that wristlet? I'm thinking about getting one and am wondering if it could be used as a wallet to carry in a bag.
It looks really nice. Did it take them long? I'd like to get some of mine monogrammed after seeing how yours came out.
Are you in the New York area? I got mine done at the soho store on Prince street. I also got my canary Dinky done there as well. It only took about 20 minutes.

Anybody know if saddles are coming out in more colors? I love them but none of the colors are really doing it for me right now. I want a rich beautiful brown!

Just fyi, Nordstrom has the whiplash saddle in black. I got one yesterday, showed them my PCE email & they matched the price. Its ovbiously not a WOW since its just black but I had been hoping it would come in that color since I know, for me, it would be a staple in my wardrobe. They also had the 23 size in black glovetan. Both the pebble & glovetan had tan stitching. The bags were getting a lot of attention.
Anyway, just thought I'd share. Will post a pic of mine at some point...until then, you can see the black on the Nordstrom site.

I'm from the Phoenix area and I believe the closest store here that does the monogramming is over an hour away. I was just curious as to how long a wait it would be if I decided to make that trip. I really like the way it looks on the front of your bag. Thanks [emoji1]
