Thanks! Yeah I wish I could have purchased in another color, probably camel. Who knows if they will come out with any more of them...? I'm not a fan of it in smooth leather, though to me glove tan works great on the Nomad.

Love it! I swear this bag looks amazing in every color. Enjoy!!

I'm kicking myself for not buying the Whiplash Saddle bag. I wanted mineral, but purchased the regular size saddle in Tabac. I love the exterior and interior colors.

Jane, I think you might be right. I guess I'll have to buy the Pebbled leather saddle without the fringes due in Fall or try to find it at a department store. I saw them at Nordstrom and the Chalk was beautiful. Too many gorgeous 1941 bags. Thanks Stuart. ;)

Agreed. I originally had the Dahlia 23 & the leather showed every single mark & imperfection. My Nomad & Aces are better quality leather for sure. I wonder what colors are coming in the non-fringe pebbled.

My oxblood whiplash, purchased with PCE. I really love it. Undecided on whether I will defringe it.

Twins!! LOVE this bag! I ordered the oxblood rogue before PCE ended to compare the two and decide which one to keep. The rogue just may win out because I can't get it anywhere else currently, but I am really obsessed with the whiplash saddle. The leather is so supple and gorgeous. I actually like the fringe on this one, not to much the camel.

I have a whiplash saddle bag that I'm undecided as to whether I"m keeping, only because I'm a little scared of the chalk color. I'll probably keep it because it's beautiful and I did get 30% off. But I also have a few glove tanned saddle bags...two of the 35 and two of style 37200, and I love them. I have no problem with the leather on my tabac 35. I'm hoping the same will be the case for the other three as quite a few people have complained about the leather, but I haven't used those yet as I purchased them during PCE. I don't even baby my 35 and can't see a single scratch or mark and the bag isn't stiff either.

I carried my saddle bag for the first time today. It's so fantastic. I love that slip pocket on the back, fits my Samsung Edge perfectly.

So pretty:love: I'd leave the fringe - (the Dakotahs have so much more). I like it on the Oxblood, more subtle than the Camel, for some reason. Then the little studs on the ends..... just a nice western vibe.

interesting. i've been thinking the same thing. i have two nomads [sold a third one] and love the leather; but dont like that leather on the saddle as much, but i do very much like the pebbled saddles. bought the mineral, trying to decide whether to keep; and whether to defringe. guess i'd better decide the first before doing the second!
