Yay!! I was hemming and hawing all last night about the chalk, until I saw the nude being changed back to full price towards the end of the sale
. Going to see it in person and see how it works! 
The style mumber changed for a the small saddle bag. Per above poster, it's on the website - look for it under "crossbody". My FP has had them in stock since before PCE, but couldn't sell them. Maybe they'll be a holiday promotion? Coach is crazy holding them back....most designers have had saddle bags out for months!
I ordered the Saddle bag style #37200 last night, received a confirmation email with my order number. I was so excited because I really want that bag. However, this morning, I went to track my order on Coach.com and couldn't find it. I called in to inquire and the representative said that even though it was showing available when I ordered it, once it reached the warehouse they would see that it isn't set to be released and it will automatically cancel. Does anyone know when it will be released? Jacksonville said not until February, but I called one of the Coach stores and was told December 18. I see that the Saddle bag 23 is already on the website.
This makes no sense; Coach needs to stop alienating their customers. I ordered the large size during PCE and it was already shipped; should be here early next week. For people who can't wait for their senseless policies, they'll just go elsewhere to get their saddle bags.
You're right and in fact, I did order a Patricia Nash saddle bag a couple days ago during Macys friends and family sale because I want a saddle bag that much, but if the Coach saddle bag is available then I will take back the Patricia Nash saddle bag once it arrives. This is so odd. I just spoke to a sales rep at a Coach store in my state and was told that they are showing 200 in stock in the color I want, and she insists that she can order it for me. So, I'm hoping that the woman I spoke to in JAX customer service gave me incorrect information and maybe I will receive it after all. The sales rep at the store in my area also is showing that it will be officially released Dec 18. I'll wait to see if I get the bag after all. Sure hope so.
Good luck! I think the JAX representative is incorrect as well; not that Coach is ever known for their knowledgeable staff in general. When PCE was going around I was calling to order the whiplash Edie in Surplus, and the woman I spoke with insisted that Coach doesn't sell anything that's not on the website. Also, she claimed that the associates are not supposed to give me the color code names. Well...and what would the company do with all that surplus stock? Never heard anything more laughable. Most of the items I usually order are exactly those that were either on the website for a time only, or were never there to begin with. Coach really need to re-train their staff, and have consistent policies so they don't lose money by all that misinformation going around!
My saddle bag did in fact ship today, style 37200, the medium one, and I should receive it tomorrow since I'm in Florida. So, the CSR in Jacksonville was incorrect when she stated it wouldn't ship because it hadn't been released yet. It will be officially released on December 18th, but most Coach stores, I believe, have them in stock and can sell them, they just can't put them on the floor until the 18th. So if anyone's been waiting for the medium size, it can be ordered now.
Congrats!! I knew it would ship...Coach'll have to be stupid to cancel orders on these. Which color did you get? My large got here today and I really love it; usually not even a cross-body person!
