Did you have any luck? Frustrated here! I had other things in my cart - long before midnight - the promo code kept saying it was already in my cart - however, when I kept trying to check out - the 30% wasn't reflected. So I sat from 8:47 - until they took my call (I must have been a zillion and 2 in line)at 9:27 - Even though I called before midnight, they weren't able to give me the discount - she said the computers wouldn't let them process after 11:59. So ordering the Saddle bag was out too - she said call customer service in the morning, and tell them what happened, because lots of issues with the website.
They've also started to populate the sale section... I had things in my cart from the sale, and it took the additional 30.... but like I said, when I tried to finalize sale, no discount.... big grrrrrhhh
Oh no!! I tried calling, but when what felt like forever and nobody answered, I just gave up. Guess too many people are trying to get orders in, so nothing's working properly.
Probably a good thing for me, since I think I just like the dahlia color and the heavy contrast with the lining, but not necessarily the oxblood. Maybe try again in the morning and explain the situation? I'm sure there are lots of frustrated shoppers like you, so Coach will have to honor the promotion somehow. Sorry to hear there were so many problems checking out!

I love the dahlia too....... I like way too many of the colors....then I keep telling myself to wait until Jan. and see what other colors it comes in. But 30% is hard to resist...
If you still want it, after sleeping on it (what we should be doing now, LOL)... I'd call in the morning and say you gave up after 45 min. on hold. That's what I'm doing!
THEN - Cyber Sale is now in full force - look on the website, top left... apparently a Cyber Monday sale that wasn't announced? Lots of good deals - and styles from a few months ago....

. There was going to be a sale involving older items on Monday, so I guess the Cyber sale is what it is. Glad I skipped the colorblock Swagger 37, since it's now on there; wondering if I should ask my SA to price adjust the whiplash edie in Surplus for me, or just buy another one and return the previous. Usually she should be good with PA's, but apparently there wasn't that many of the Surplus left when I last called (not sure if that's true). So if it sells out before I can receive the one I ordered, then not sure if she'll know the item was on there originally. Hmm...

Did you try it out with JAX? I didn't have any time from work to call until just about now, and the representative I spoke with basically implied that the customer should get their orders in as quickly as possible. Maybe I talk with another associate, but at least one person is saying that Coach will not honor the long line/delay towards the end of the Thanksgiving sale yesterday. Shucks!
I did call JAX! I was so back and forth - and finally caved about noon. I told her the CS rep couldn't differentiate the color codes - and how the website said I had the Thanks2015 code in my cart, but total didn't reflect it. She was extremely nice - checked to see if it was excluded - (it wasn't) - and processed my order. I also ordered the suede studded edie. Can't wait for it!
Try the 1.800.444.3611 .... it's the main CS number -and they're always more accommodating that the random reps at night. They're there until 7pm east coast time.
I called back, and someone said she can accommodate; however, when I got to the ordering stage, then she claimed that the saddle bag, the duffle, and all the glove-tanned leather items are on the exclusion list. Strange...
Finally got connected with someone who actually knows what he's talking about-looks like the only large size colors available are the saddle/carmine, fog/adobe, and bordeaux/dahlia. The dahlia/oxblood is not in stock apparently. Time to ogle the Cyber sale items instead!!

So sorry! I'd guess when all of the colors are available, they'll eventually have a PCE. They can't keep excluding - sales are down! I tried for the "regular" size - I'm afraid the large is going to be too big. When she tried to put through the order for a medium - she said a red flag message came across the bottom, that said it wasn't eligible for the discount. When she put the style number in for the large - it wasn't excluded - so it's strange it was suddenly excluded. (Especially because they're keying in the discount manually after PCE ended). I kept looking at the Cyber sale.......... and convinced myself I really didn't need anything. Now trying to hit the "sold" button on my outlet sale shopping cart...... but do I really need more stuff? LOL.... oh, the life of a retail therapy shopper

Most likely the JAX associates I got didn't even try to key in the large to see what happens; they just flat out told me it's not discounted, even though there sure wasn't a list for exclusions that I knew of. Oh well! I did get the Swagger chalk colorblock 37 at 40% off, so life is all good
Hope the dahlia/oxblood in the large size will release soon with all of the other anniversary offerings; really want to see how it'll work! And the colorblocked snakeskin embossed ones look very nice as well. Hope my wallet will have until February to recuperate as much as possible from this holiday attack!

Glad you got your Swagger! Love the Swagger too.... I have too many to mention. I want the Black Lacquer Rivet - which just dropped off the website - and wasn't on the Cyber Sale......... hoping it will reappear on the Winter Sale (12/4?). I keep telling myself how heavy the Swaggers are...... but still can't resist them
