Can't decide if I should try and get another saddle 35 in dahlia/oxblood or Swagger chalk colorblock 37 before the PCE ends today; for some reason I thought the dahlia was only available for the medium size, but my SA mentioned it when she read off the colors to me yesterday. Strange! Guess they're making it in all sizes-the model on left must be wearing a large, since it looks really big! Trying to order a Saddle Bag like yours - the Saddle/Carmine.... I was on the phone almost an hour, and they only have 3 letter codes - and nobody knows what they stand for - none sound they could be "saddle" color, or "tabac".... and none of the supervisors on duty know what they are. By some remote chance, do you know your color code? She suggested calling the main customer service in the morning - but can't guarantee they'll allow PCE once it closes at midnight.
Hi, the color code for saddle/Carmine (looks like the official name is tabac, but for some reason my SA read to me the saddle-probably to let me know what it looks like) is DKEUX. Good luck!!
