Question ... were you told no returns or exchanges with extra 20 / friends and family? That's what our store said...maybe because we didn't get one of the official invites but SA gave us discount.
I wasn't told that but I haven't talked to my SA in detail about the sale. I plan on stopping by the store hopefully tonight and will find out.

I bought so many sales items though my SA (over 10) I got extra friends and family 20% off. This code is actually only for coach employees, no customers are invited officially. SA normally will share the code with a few royal customers they trust.
with this code, you can only order 3 pieces per item. So I feel guilty if I return a hot item buying with this 20% extra off code, because my SA could have shared it with someone else who can actually buy it and help her sales score. But I do have one item that I am not for sure since I've never seen it in person, and I know there is no more than 3 customers she invited want that item, so I won't block anyone from buying it.
I asked if I really don't like it when I receive whether I can still return it. she said YES.

I called during my lunch. Had to call back 3 times. I kept getting sent to Coach Outlet because they were so busy and they couldn't see the current prices. I wanted to talk to someone who could help me not send off the information to someone else. So I'll be getting $124.50 plus tax back in approx. 7 business days. After work I'll go and see if I can do a return and repurchase on the Fringe Dinky that would give me $59.50 plus tax back. I don't know if I will go and purchase the Whiplash Rogue and return once it gets here. It would be another $89.50 but I just don't want to tie up my cash in the mean time. Now if I go in tonight and they offer me an extra 20% off something out of the goodness of their hearts, I would tie up that money in the Oxblood Rogue Satchel I have been on the fence about.

With this code, the SA can only order max 3 pieces per item. for example if one rogue bag is on sale and lots of customers want that, she can use her code to get only 3 of that bag.

Always good when someone saves you from your own weaknesses, ha ha.
It is driving me crazy that there isn't some kind of confirmation for the price adjustment almost immediately. I like confirmations so I don't have to worry about it anymore. I don't want to have to call back in a few days - when I am out of the 14 days - and be like "but (NAME OF CS REP) said she was going to do the price adjustments on Thursday!".
