Have anyone owned or see this tearose in person? I originally want a black purple tea rose but I see this is on sale. It's more detailing on the roses, do you think the colors or the emellishment is too much?

Have anyone owned or see this tearose in person? I originally want a black purple tea rose but I see this is on sale. It's more detailing on the roses, do you think the colors or the emellishment is too much?
I called JAX and got a price adjustment on two items from June 6th that are both sold out in the colors I purchased. Made a $120 difference, more or less. My orders were online so the CS rep was able to just credit back to my card in both cases.
Can you see the credits in the system yet? I am just wondering as I called to get a credit on a couple things I ordered last week and she said she would do them, but I have not seen any confirmation or changes in my account.
Thank you! That eases my worries a bit; I have not seen anything on my online account though the CS representative took my order numbers and said she would do the adjustments wherever the price had dropped. So I was just a bit concerned! She did not tell me the amount I would receive back.
So they gave an adjustment on the Felix though out of stock? I did have another order that is out of stock now, and did not ask about it.
I can see them doing that! I mean, I think there are a lot of people who probably don't stalk Coach.com on a constant basis and may not even realize but....this still would be a bit of a pain for them. As well as the customers.
I know MK, KS, etc all indicate sale items as final sale, no returns (and no price adjustments).
OK, got my PA, a little over $300[emoji1] the whiplash should be back up if anyone needs to rebuy.

I ordered the Dinky Color block in grey, the red Rogue Coupe, and the Rogue 36 in Pebbled Leather. One of the Rogues will be going back though...I just couldn't make up my mind and need to see them in person. I was totally going to get the Patchwork Rogue, but it looks more fall/winter to me, and I want to be able to use the bag right away.
