While my two items are still in stock, the CSR I spoke to last night said they would do a PA if within 2 weeks of order date.
The other 2 items I got were from the beginning of sale & so too old for a PA. It's worth a call!
Too old for a price adjustment, but if still in stock and first order is still within 30 days, just return and re-buy assuming you are in US and get free returns...
 
My bag is sold out too but I'm going to call for a PA today anyway. I will update with my results.

EDIT: Was able to receive a PA on my sold out bag through coach customer service (purchased through coach.com). The SA can see the lower price on their computer even if it's not on the website. So I just accepted whatever lower price was available. Saved $101.13. The refund is processed as a separate transaction directly back on your card.

I'm think I'm going to call for a PA as well and see if they will give it to me even though it's out of stock. (Butterscotch dinky 24)

But there's also another bag I'm eyeing so I could return this one and buy that one instead. Ugh, decisions!!
 
Does anyone know how they do the price adjustments at Coach.com? Do they just amend the original invoice with a partial refund, or do they just do a separate refund transaction? How long does it take to show up in your Coach.com account?

The Coach CS gal saud they'd do PA only within 2 weeks. Anything older than that they will not do, no exclusions. I also asked my SA (who I did the bigger stuff thru on 5/19) & she said only within 2 weeks. Kind of bums me out & if the items were still available, I'd rebuy & return but I don't have that option. Oh well...
 
I imagine they are rather backed up! I don't see why you would not get it if the request was within the 14 days, even if it takes them a little longer to get around to actually responding.

I typically order through my SA and she always handles everything for me. I ordered online last week because the Felix rogue randomly popped back up and I snagged it. I've never requested a PA through email so I guess I'm not sure what to expect lol
 
Most designer brands don't offer PA during sale season. Everything is Final Sale. I imagine that Coach will go this route in the future.

I haven't bought anything on sale yet--the Borough is going back this weekend--so I might check out stock when I make my return.

I just called coach and they gave me the price adjustment for my Felix rogue. [emoji16] since I only ordered it last week. Like others had said, they have a 2 week window for price adjustments

I've had them do an adjustment on an online order. They leave the original invoice. But in a few days you will see a credit of the adjusted amt with tax.

When I called for the Felix rogue adjustment, the rep said i would be getting back $97 and some cents back to the card.
 
I called CS and couldn't get a pa on my western whiplash rogue as it was over 14 days. And it's out of stock so I can't reorder and return. But I did get a PA on my whiplash saddle bag 23 and the oxblood rogue I ordered yesterday. It hasn't shipped and she can't do the PA until it does, but she made herself a note and will issue the PA once she shows it shipped in the system
