Went to see if they would do a return and repurchase on my Fringe Dinky tonight since it was out of the PA time frame and my SA had no problem doing it for me. So a total of $184 not including taxes back today after this and the phone call to Customer Service on my lunch. I put that right back into the Olive Rogue. And then when I got home my Butterscotch Rogue was waiting on my doorstep. Here are my two new bags. They are both beautiful bags. The butterscotch has some strap marks but I'll take it.

i got my stuff online, but I can't imagine why they wouldn't! If you give them your order number they'll find your purchase info on their system immediately. I don't think it's relevant that you're in another state now. And they give you two weeks from purchase date, so you're safe. I'd call them ASAP!
Thank you. I ordered from a store in another state, not online. I did call the store, she said I would have to take it in to a store here to get the adjustment. Thanks for your help!

I will tell you that if it were ME, I'd ask to speak to a store manager to at least get an explanation as to why they can't give an adjustment by phone! You have all the info they need to prove you made the purchase (with your order number). For me, it's the principle -- That is such B.S. -- probably too lazy to process it.

It makes me angry just hearing this...if you're okay with it, don't mind my tantrum, lol!

You should call or email customer service and give them the order number and ask for a price adjustment. I did it once, purchased a bag in store and emailed customer service to have the price adjusted. I hope this helps

Yeah, LL777 is right -- customer service is who just helped me earlier....even if mine was an online order, she just needed my order number. And DO call, to get an immediate reply -- email is too easy for them to ignore you.

I'm sorry I think I was writing you a response and didn't send it. I loved the bag, the colors are more neutral than in the pictures. The green color that they used on some flowers is so rich. The Coach pictures don't do justice to this bag. The leather was so thick and soft at the same time. I was going to order one today but it looks like it's completely sold out. Did you have a chance to order one today?

I saw it was available online last night and I put my order in this morning. It went through but later on it's gone again. I may not eventually get it though, it happens sometime the system let you order even it's already sold out.
Thanks for the reply, so you've actually seen this bag in person and it doesn't feel too busy if all the embellishment right? I do hope so.
 
I have not seen it in person myself but I think it looks like the embellishments work with it rather than clash. I expect they are more subtle in person.

It is a beautiful bag, and I hope you show us some pictures when it arrives!
