Always good when someone saves you from your own weaknesses, ha ha.

It is driving me crazy that there isn't some kind of confirmation for the price adjustment almost immediately. I like confirmations so I don't have to worry about it anymore. I don't want to have to call back in a few days - when I am out of the 14 days - and be like "but (NAME OF CS REP) said she was going to do the price adjustments on Thursday!".

I totally get it! Like an email or something on your acct online.

Did you initially call or only email for the price adjustment? I emailed, but was impatient so called. The rep said I would see a credit on my original payment in 1 to 2 business days. She was also making a note on each order# as she did it. If you called, I would say your rep also made notes on your order#'s. If you don't see a credit, you could call back and they can see when your order was and that you called within the 14 days for your adjustment. It should be good, my rep was surprisingly patient considering I had 4 bags to price adjust and 1 to cancel :)

I called as soon as they were open this morning (it was 6:00 am my time, and I had been waiting since 4:00 am to call!). But I have no idea if she was making notes on any orders. I gave her the first order number, then there was a bit of a lull (so maybe that was what she was doing; making notes), but for the other order numbers she just asked for my numbers and said she would review and make the adjustments if the items were "on sale" (which I took to mean reduced from my purchase price). So I don't think she was looking at those other two orders individually while I was on the phone with her. One of the orders I gave her was made on June 9th so I do have some time on that (I think one item has since gone out of stock since after I called this morning but it seems that has not been an issue for people). But two of the orders I gave her are basically on the last day.

I did forget to give her one order number this morning so I emailed on that one today. I still have some time on that one as well (ordered on June 5th) so if I don't hear back tomorrow by email I will follow up with a phone call.

Wow, you were on it, good job!

Yes definitely a follow up call to be sure she got them all. My rep only did 1 bag on one of my orders that had 2 bags so I had her go back and do the other before she moved to the next order. She also asked if I received an email about the reduction when she got to the tea rose one because she wasn't seeing it reduced further... So of course I said yes and she finally found it for 50% off :)

All of the bags I got price adjusted are sold out so the PA does apply to those thankfully.

I took the savings and ordered the olive rogue... Still deciding whether to return the red one or not. I think I will (maybe I'll catch it on sale later?) but I really don't need 4 rogues. I tend to do that with bags I like... At one point I had 12 borough bags and I currently have 6 swaggers and 6 saddle bags in a variety of sizes ... I need to stop doing that I think...

Okay, apparently, mine are all over the place! Maybe a sign I need to stop ordering so much stuff....no, that can't be it!

I DID just call and speak to a representative who did the adjustments on my two more recent orders (3 items total) for me as she did not see anything in the notes about either of them (about $166 USD including tax worth). At the same time I was on the phone with her, I also received an email back on the one item I had emailed about (price adjustment of $397.50 USD + tax!). With exchange that is a big chunk! There is one order/price adjustment outstanding; one of ones I had talked to representative at 6:00 am my time this morning about. The representative I spoke to tonight did not see any notes on that order to document it, but sent me to the voicemail of the representative I had talked to this morning just in case something else was being done. I left a message just to confirm that it was done, and so hopefully I hear back.

I almost have enough back for a Rogue 25 now...

I have a bad habit of having too many multiples of different colours but same bag, as well. I am trying to cut back on doing that.

I'm that way too! The thing is, I'm not one to sell my bags. Once I get bored of them I just give them to my relatives. But I really can't justify buying multiples of the same bag if I'm just going to get bored of them.

Went to see if they would do a return and repurchase on my Fringe Dinky tonight since it was out of the PA time frame and my SA had no problem doing it for me. So a total of $184 not including taxes back today after this and the phone call to Customer Service on my lunch. I put that right back into the Olive Rogue. And then when I got home my Butterscotch Rogue was waiting on my doorstep. Here are my two new bags. They are both beautiful bags. The butterscotch has some strap marks but I'll take it.

Thank you ladies, for reminding me about adjustments!! I just called customer service and got $85 credit!!

Just one week ago I got 2 glovetanned clutch wristlets (Kelly green & Neon pink) which were on sale for $136.50 each and today they dipped down to 95.50 each, so it totals $85!!! Wahoo!! CS was really nice on the phone and told me they've been doing adjustments all day....probably half of them are us TPF'ers! :giggle:

I got so excited about today's Olive Rogue purchase that I almost let the adjustments slip by!! I'm pathetic!

Hi! I bought a bag on Monday from a store in another state. Would I be able to call that store and receive a price adjustment for that bag over the phone?

i got my stuff online, but I can't imagine why they wouldn't! If you give them your order number they'll find your purchase info on their system immediately. I don't think it's relevant that you're in another state now. And they give you two weeks from purchase date, so you're safe. I'd call them ASAP!
