A day in the life of your BBag! Share you stories!

Thanks girls! I'm a mid-century modern fanatic! Just like my bags, most of my furniture came from ebay and the internet.
I'm mid-century modern fanatic as well...I just haven't managed to bring my visions to fruition in my house, though. Your furniture caught my eye right away...love it! The one thing I've managed to do nicely in my house is display my pottery collection...Franciscan Starburst.

I took my daughter to NYC for a weekend of shopping.
Nuts! I thought these photos would be better, sorry for the blurry photos.

The first two are at Katz Deli - Typical tourists. Waiting for the shops to open at noon. We arrived at 11 and nothing was open!

The last photo is at the Hotel Mercer lobby in SOHO, where we stayed. Having breakfast. We road down the elevator with Kanye West, he was very nice.

Oh - my French Blue Day.

Gro : amazing bag and sounds like you had a great weekend!! Ah Kanye West, I would have dropped down dead i think! xx

Yes too funny, I recognized him before my 19 yr old daughter did! (and secretly poked her w/ my umbrella) Then she got it haha. He was very nice and actually spoke to us first.

PS Back to the deli sandwich. I could only eat 1/4 of it!
Also trying to cut down, the fries were my daughters!

Gro, what a wonderful trip with your lovely daughter and the perfect bag! BTW, that was a HUGE sandwitch.

LOL
If you only knew.......

We finished breakfast at our hotel at around 9:30.
(I just had a fruit plate and bagel)
We walked to lower east side and nothing was open!
Found out stores open at noon.
So went to Katz's on full stomachs just to sit down, etc. AT 11:00!!!
Ended up ordering the salami as Katz's is known for their salami.
Like I really needed to eat that!!

Joyce: Thanks - too funny!
I recognized him from his comment all over the news:
"George Bush does not care about black people"
Not from music!

Yes it was funny. My daughter was proud of me lol!

Here we are, Lil Miss Cornflower Box and I - working.

Together, side by side. :amuse:

We had an okay day at the office, insurance is pretty mundane stuff.

Today was a good day. (In case you're wondering, Miss Cornflower and I were deciding on who to adopt next. She says that she "must have" Jaune, I say that I'm falling for Violet.)
