It's an authentic Soho buckle bag made in 1998.

The style is fairly commonly and closely faked so it's always a good idea to verify authenticity.

Hi. I'm not sure if this was missed or I was missing information. I purchased the bag but would like to know if I got snookered.

Please wait for another authenticator, I don't do recent styles. Sorry.
I apologize but I don't recommend or promote Poshmark as I don't consider it to be a safe site and as such, many sellers who've been banned from other sites go to PM. (This isn't to say that there aren't honest sellers on Poshmark but Poshmark isn't proactive in keeping the site safe and they're unresponsive to reports of fakes and/or fraud.) I consider just about any other site to be safer and more honest than Poshmark.

With that said, I will comment on the listing from njiwa008.

I don't see any problems with the bag although I do take issue with njiwa008's use of Coach's copyrighted stock images in many of her listings.

The seller clearly owns a camera and knows how to use it so even aside from the fact that she's infringing on Coach's intellectual property, there's no valid reason to use any extra pictures that don't show the actual item that a buyer will receive.

Thank you very much Hyacinth for your kind response! I just found out that the first bag (1) is not for sales anymore. Maybe that is why the link takes us to a Goodwill webpage. I am going to post the seller's creed and number photo for no. 2 bag below.

Thank you again!

Thankyou.

The Scooter Bag is genuine although it looks like the plant made a mistake with the style number in the serial number. It should be 9893, and was made in 2001

Hi everyone. Just purchased a beautiful mini Lillie online, and it wasn’t until after the transaction was completed that I noticed there is a missing space between “In” and “Vietnam” on the paper tag attached to the bag. Does this indicate I bought an inauthentic bag?

We strongly recommend against trying to do your own authenticating. There's no list of "One Rule fits all" on that subject, that's why there are already more than 80 THOUSAND questions just in THIS Coach authenticity thread, and there's at least one previous archived thread with at least 10,000 previous questions.

I'm not trying to be facetious, but reading all the posts here about authenticity red flags over the last 15 years would be the only way to learn "the types of things we look for". You could also study the six Salearea Guides that are Pinned or Stickied in this forum's index and the Daria48 Fake Coach Numbers List that's in the same thread.

But there aren't any shortcuts, "Rules" and known red flags can and do change over time, details of genuine Coach products change constantly, new info and photos can come to light that can make us modify our opinions, etc. Anything on the internet claiming to be an accurate "authenticity guide" isn't worth the electrons it took to post it. READ THE SALEAREA GUIDES.

Those are just a few reasons why we have 3 Coach authenticators.

The Station Bag is genuine, made in the early 1990s.

Hi Authenticators,

Is this an authentic coach willis bag? This is from a private seller I had bought bags from before. Thank you in advance.
Item: Coach Willis
Where purchased or how obtained : Have not purchased yet
Comments : I am not confortable with the thick font of the serial number.

Hello!
I bought this Coach bag from a friend of my friend. But I am not sure if this is a real thing. Looks like Swagger 27. I was told
that the story patch has all the numbers as zero because it was originally a gift from a fashion designer who works in NYC.

size is: Size : 27 x 14 x 20 Cm

There are 2 inside pockets. 1 with a zip closure and other with a button closure but the other Swagger bags don't have a button closure.

I have several Coach bags and this looks and feels a bit different.

Would appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks
