The Buy Online, Pickup in store option for me was a big fail... I wanted the $10 reward so I did a pick up at store A which had the most items, but store B is right next to my work so I had all the rest of the items shipped there. Well, I got a notification this weekend that my items were ready for pickup at store B NOT store A which I was going to on Saturday, but it wasn't a big deal to me. Until today, when I went in to pick up my order from store B they said they had no record of it and that store A was fulfilling it and shipping it to store B instead of an in-store pickup. But they called store A to verify and store A ALSO had no record of it. So they took down my phone number and are going to try to track down the order, but it looks like I'm basically SOL for all my items that were originally in store pickup items. I think someone else had a similar experience, but this was extremely frustrating because no one could tell me where my items were.

Oh nooo!! That was me who had the similar experience. What does your email (not the app) say? That was the correct one for me. Did they have someone at store A physically verify that they had no bags under your name? Did you check in person if store A has it?

I ordered this scarf too, based on another poster’s recommendation. I have a ton of scarves (I also ordered the Nordstrom fringe cashmere scarf in the NAS) so I’m not sure I’m keeping it. I’ll be eager to see it when it arrives later today.

whatever happened to that other pink allsaints sweater? It was one of my top picks. I had to order it because my store didn’t carry it. I tried it on yesterday and was so disappointed!! What you can’t see is that it has huge batwing/dolman sleeves. It’s cute with your arms down, but as soon as you raise your arms the band at the waist creeps up to under your boobs. I knew it would drive me crazy, so I returned it on the spot! I even sized up. Normally I’m an XS and I bought the small so it would look oversized and slouchy, like the modeled pic. It was a very poorly designed sweater.

Not a Veronica Beard scuba but this reminds me of my sleeper item from last year. This Treasure & Bond stretch blazer was on of my favorite things. I got it in black but I see this year they have red. I have wide shoulders and back and really struggle with coats and jackets that I can drive in comfortably. The stretch in this one was perfect for me. And being a SAHM of a special needs person I can't really justify spending Veronica Beard prices to go to Costco and Pilates. I wish!

I am 5’6, bought a size 27 and they were also far too long on me, they run really long. As soon as the NAS sale is over I am going to take them back to get altered (I don’t want to deal with the in store craziness now )

Received my Avec Les Filles moto detail wool blend camel coat - http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/5272077 - like it, but don’t love it, especially for the price. :sad:

It is true to size, but the cut is boxier on me than I had hoped. (It doesn’t really nip in at the waist for me like it does on the model.) The outer wool&poly fabric is rougher than I expected; it seems like it will pill and look awful much sooner than it should, especially on places that get a lot of friction like the shoulder from a handbag. That’s what sealed the deal for me to return.

I haven’t seen anyone mention these cardigans but they are so soft and comfortable. I bought the oatmeal in store on Friday and ordered the olive and burgundy Friday afternoon. The rest of that order was cancelled so I just reordered them to be safe. The are very oversized, I am typically a medium and I ordered the xs/s and it is still huge on me, but I really like the oversized look on this sweater.

Sanctuary Rowen Military Jacket in Camo
Still in the fence with this one. Love the weight of material, it’s lighter and not heavy, the hardware is nice, love the drawstring in the waistline. I definitely like it but I’m not sure I love it and that’s a must to get a position in my closet.

Treasure and Bond Athletic Stripe Cardigan
Here’s another one I really like but don’t love. The material is nice, the sporty look with the stripes is nice. I like the neckline and pockets. I actually think I love it but I’m wondering if I’ll choose this over my other Fall/Winter cardigans. Will I pick this over Vince, Zella, Eileen and Nordstrom Signature? Not sure. I’m still thinking on this one.

Pendleton Missoula Water Resistant Coat
Bought this in a large and LOVE the print, love the pockets, love the quality of jacket but I don’t feel I’ll get the wear out of it to justify the price. And if I keep it, I’d have to get the back tailored to get it more fitted and I don’t know I love it to pay another $80-$90 for tailoring. So it’s going back.

1.State Windowpane Check Ruched Blazer
OMG this was LOVE. No second thoughts. Right off the bat. I didn’t need it tailored at all because of the ruched sleeves, they are the right length. The fit comes in the shoulders, length, everything. Would have bought one of each color If they had more. And it was LINED, which we all prefer, right?
