It's beautiful! I miss my aurore Lumi whenever I see pics of this bag. But when I carry it, I'm always reminded why I hate carrying it - it's too heavy for my built. Still, it's such a beautiful bag and the hardware is all nice, thick and shiny, including the zippers.

I love my lumi, it's my work bag. Even though it has the dreaded cracking of the glaze,it's one of the old ones,it's still beautiful.

I have some areas on the strap and handles where the glazing has come away completely now. I love it and will continue using her. It's a pity they can't re-glaze it.
Oh I can see , idk why they can't fix this bag they should be able to but idk why they not but the this g is u loving your bag!
They said because the line has been discontinued they can't do it but I could have had store credit,I decided to keep it.
Oh but they tried to fix the problem giving u credit I got the bagatelle and hope that one doesn't have the same issues .
You shouldn't have issues with the bagatelle as I haven't about any,but
LV should look after you if there are any problems.
I just discovered Trendlee and wow, big damage two days in a row.....yesterday Balenciaga city tote and today a Terre Luminuese!!! for under 1300 and in mint condition (we will see) but I'm so so so excited. I will post pics when I receive!!!. wanted this bag for years but could only spend 3000 once on a bag 4 years ago and still love my artsy empreiente but this one I have wanted as well.
Are the 2013 bags having glazing issues too? Now I'm worried if they are. I have the infini from 2013. I love the bag and how functional it is! Although I have to admit I don't use it as often as I like due to its weight. I haven't noticed any cracking but it may be because I don't use mine a lot. Does anyone out there have 2013 bags with glazing issues? I would love to hear your experience! Thank you in advance for sharing!
