Hi there it's drummed leather and it still looks brand new like the day I bought it 3-4months ago....

Inside my medium Phantom in Taupe...
Pouch 1: portable charger, gum, charging cord
Pouch 2: hand cream (a weird New Zealand brand), hand sanitiser (Aesop), lip balm (also an independent New Zealand brand)
Prada envelope/wallet
Louis Vuitton pochette clés
Glasses (for class)
(Not in the picture, but usually a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses as well)

Question I just got my Celine and the suede on the bottom has these imprints I'm sure it's from factory.. Should I call or not worry

LV Josephine wallet, phone and Prada sunglasses (no case, the wool lining is enough when there's nothing "scratchy" in the pouch) in the middle.
Miscellaneous in the front (lip balm, mints, mirror, bus card etc).
PLENTY of room for more, but this is my light and casual shopping day bag, don't want to overstuff it.

That's so organized. I have the same bag size as yours and I keep my contents as light as possible.
