I love Kanye's crazy a**. And yes, he is talented.

The shoes aren't bad altered. Christine Centenera (sp?) wore an altered pair and mae3 them look HOT, IMO. But she can style anything and make it hot. Looks like 2 of the "ankle rings" have been taken off.
