This is my cake from 06/22/2001

My mom and I made it - cherry nut and chocolate cakes

My grandmother's business was making wedding cakes. She died when I was 7. On her deathbed, she cried that she would never see me grow up, never make my wedding cake. It was very important to me that my mom and I use her tools, 19 years later, to make my cake.
