Aaaaa suede is a nightmare to clean. I tossed a filthy burgundy colored suede Coach in the washing machine - spraying it first with Shout. It came out cleaner but I still had to rub over it with a suede eraser. Never got perfect but wearable. This bag being soooo light in color may never come clean. Maybe tho in a bleach wash...... Unless you can get it for $5 or less I would pass on it or dye it brown with RIT dye
Actually that same style came in Brown - I have one. Trouble is, they sometimes go for a TON of money on Ebay.
As gorgeous as light-colored suede bags look when they're new and clean, I've learned to avoid them like the plague. Murphy's Law #122 says the first time you carry a new light-colored purse is the day you accidently drop it in a puddle of dirty slush, or the waitress spills a plate of lasagna on it during lunch. And Murphy's never wrong.

I think your bag looks good. It appears to be a department store exclusive, indicated by the X on the tag.
Sadly, it appears that dooney2006 is a seller who mixes authentic and fakes, which is more misleading to buyers than a seller who sells all fakes. And as she also shill bids her listings, this is a seller to avoid.

Seller has no feedback, it is possible you could get something OTHER than described in the auction (not sure what Listia.com's TOS and buyer protection rules are...). Seller could utilize macro functionality better for the blurry pictures.
Yeah one of the biggest problems on listia is new sellers trying to scam innocent buyers. there is a lot of high end auctions that are scams but a new seller will not get their credits until I release them and if I don't get the item i am suppost to get then I just open a case and my credits are refunded the new seller will never see them so I really got nothing to lose if it is real I figure it is worth the chance lol.

I certainly wouldn't consider that listing for a number of reasons, first and foremost that the pictures are dreadful. They're way too blurry to see the important details that would help determine authenticity.
If you read the posts here, you'll see that we don't recommend buying wallets from online sellers unless that seller has a proven reputation of selling only authentic items.
Wallets are very highly faked and the fakes are often quite difficult to identify as such from the pictures. And many of the sellers who sell them know what details NOT to show or what angles to take the pictures from in order to hide the telling details.
The Listia seller, kaseysgirl has no feedback, no history and no reputation.
And resellers who purchase from these types of websites put their own reputations and ebay accounts on the line when taking chances on buying from unproven sellers. (You saw that happen with the Leigh listing.)
I don't mean this as an insult, but the problem is that you (or other buyers) probably aren't competent enough to recognize when an item isn't authentic.
You say you have nothing to lose, but you do! With the Leigh, it was your ebay reputation and your account. You posted here that you bought from a reputable seller, but obviously, you were wrong.
And even if you can eventually get a refund for a fake, it's a PITA to have to deal with the dispute and chargeback process.
Until you become more expert in identifying fakes, you should limit your purchases for resale to buying from legitimate stores.

Update: I asked for more detailed pics including, at the very least, a clear picture of the creed and I was sent a reply telling me that they just received a shipment and that their photographer is backed up, so she can't supply any better pictures of their current stock. I'm not looking to buy this, but I wanted to let you guys know where this items stands.
The first one's good.
You posted the link to the 2nd listing twice. The one from gelii99 seems ok but I just glanced at it, looks like a Nordies Rack stamp on the creed. The creed on the 2nd one really isn't clear enough, maybe someone else can say. I don't see any obvious problems though.
