This may sound weird BUT...I've found Orange to be a great neutral.
I've been toying with the idea of getting a Hermes bag in signature Orange and in order to see if it worked with what I'd wear (which goes from all black To Gucci style strong retro colour mixes and everything between) I decided to use a old Orange leather Celine shopper that was languishing in the back of my wardrobe....
I was amazed it worked with EVERYTHING either as a more interesting colour pop than the deep reds of my other coloured bags, it looked fabulous with my brown tweedy looks and was a fantastic clash with my 70's boho retro outfits.
as @tinkerbell68 says its fantastic with Navy and also grey.
You look great wearing it with the olive btw!

Totally agree with you and @tinkerbell68! When it comes to more colorful outfits, I've found orange has the ability to make everything a lot more fun, brightens everything up, and opened me up to wearing sunshine yellows, sky blues.
For me versatility-wise, it's the day-time, younger counterpart to Rouge H/maroon/burgundy which I used to consider a pop of color.
