Continuing our tradition of date nights at the opera/ ballet in London, I decided to carry this instead of my usual clutch because it was raining and this fits my umbrella and opera glasses. Black Chevre sellier SO K25 with Rouge Casaque lining, brushed GHW, in our box at the Opera Garnier in Paris, worn with Chanel dress and flats.

Black Chevre sellier SO K25 with Rouge Casaque lining, brushed GHW, in our box at the Opera Garnier in Paris, worn with Chanel dress and flats.

A perfect SO combination for a rainy evening! Not all H leathers need be cosseted; many can take a little rain and be just fine.

It wasn't the rain I was worried about. My Kelly clutch doesn't fit the mini umbrella, my fan, the opera glasses etc.

I was a bit early for daycare pick-up. I hope this counts as in action. Vintage Kelly, the sangles and handle were replace and the color doesn’t completely match the bag.
