Never thought the Evelyne would be a bag for me, but my SA turned it into a shoulder bag with a twilly and it changed my opinion completely. The mini is now my everyday bag!
I have 2 Evelyn 29s and 1 Evelyn 16, and I wear all of them like shoulder bags too, never crossbody. The original straps hung way too low for me at 5’2” and the big ones especially looked overpowering crossbody. I also use the mini with a little top handle.
Love the color of your mini.
I am also 5'2" and felt the same way about the original strap. Do you braid a twilly for the top handle? I am definitely going to try styling it that way!
Heading out on a hunt for more denim shirts with my Aline pouch. I had @docride put my ‘Every girl needs a horse‘ buckle on it. God help me…. I think I had the same hairstyle back then……

Love your look - and @docride ’s customization! How wonderful to have such meaning and such a unique bag for yourself. Laughed all the way outloud at the same hair cut comment. Except for growing my bangs all the way out during the pandemic, I admit to the same hair for years as well
