I also have an epsom Kelly Sellier, and I find that over time they do loosen up a bit. Hoping this one will as well. One thing I discovered is that to get the flap to sit flat against the back, I have to pull the sangles all the way out prior to tucking the flap in. Also to get the sangles on the turnkey I have to squeeze the bag's sides. I'm hoping over time doing both will get easier. But I only had it out one day thus far, but am really loving it.
I've to do the same with my Epsom Kelly. It will take a while for Epsom to relax and that's the reason the bag can keep the shape so well.

Interesting as I have a few Epsom K25 and find them to be more forgiving. Either way, the bag is gorgeous and you look lovely carrying it. :flowers:
