Scarves Your Grail Scarf

Oh my. I don't mean to fuel the fire. My advice is to look at blogs, tpf etc and see what appeals to you, not to just follow others. These things are so individual. My most treasured Grail was a 70 cm that not many people are interested in other than me and which I purchased for $135.

Haha its just research, I've found a few I love all on my own, but I also like to see what others love as I haven't had much experience in tying them etc to guess how they will look. Funds aren't in high supply so I need to be 100% sure I will love my purchases. Thankyou so much for your advice 😚

Morbid is right.
Makes this look like a downright bargain! She claims it's not "her," but she knows how to price!!
No feedback,either.

Beeble.

Sorry for the extra quotes. I am not using the right app for that!!

Oooh, you managed a knot that shows the mice
Especially like the little bits of pale pink.

Thank you both for the photos!

It makes my decision even harder. There is one at vestiaire for 350€ that I look at every day. white center with orange chimneys, light blue border. Imagine with jeans, white shirt and an orange handbag...
But I already have ather scarves that would fill the gap: there is marche au zambese (white background, orange flowers), There is Voyage de Pytheas with a predominantely white bachground and a greenish pastell border with some orange and the B/W ciels byzantinnes, Jardins d'Andalusie with its oranges and light blue border.
Since Christmas I got 1 CSGM, 2 90ies and there are some of the current season including a Mousssie I consider buying. And I still hope for my holy grail (de la mer in blue) to magically appear. Today I had to pay 93€ customs and taxes for a 200€ ebay bargain :nogood:.

Seriously, I do not need Toits.
But it is soo sweet...
But the more scarves I own, the less I wear each of them...
But tis CW look s so crisp and cool....
Interest rates get worse every week, better spend my money...
Could spend on something else, I already own enough scarves...
Maybe an orange halzan?
Who am I kidding........

Can one of you please be a real friend and get the one on vestiaire to free me from the temptation?

We have talked about this item a bit here lately. It's a current piece. I have wanted it since I first saw it. I started this project to clean out things in my closet that I don't use. So I thought when I made enough from the proceeds I would buy this. Today it arrived. The Brazil bandhini. It's more colorful and beautiful than expected. It came in a special box and it says to be careful of due transfer from the natural indigo dye. DH is an aging hippie and grateful dead fan. His response: oh yeah. A tie dye. 🙄

This is stunning and of course looks FABULOUS on you!
What is special about the box? Show us the whole presentation, dear. That is part of the fun in buying a limited piece :D

Congrats Pocket. We are twins on this one. I fell for it when Quelle Frommage posted about it and guilted DH into a belated valentines' present. Well he only feels guilty because he doesn't know about the scarf that Pirula enabled me on [emoji57] but that is for another time. I haven't paid attention to the dye transfer so it's good you mentioned it. I was planning to wear it with white for the summer, though probably not now!

So happy to be your twin. It was love at first sight for me. I have been watching it for a while. I was going to wait to get it in Paris but didn't want to risk it.

Pirula is a great enabler isn't she?
