This grail only came to me very lately. This is the only color way that I have seen that really spoke to me. Plus I'm looking for good beiges these days to go with GT. I have to give full credit to Pirula who located it and then told me.

A grail indeed and in totally the best color way too! Pirula has a great eye doesn't she? I can attest to how beautiful and wearable this one is. In fact, my mom saw it in my drawer, tied it around her neck, said thank you and walked away. The last time I saw it [emoji23]

That so funny, and so sad. You need another one! Yes Pirula has an incredible eye.

Sorry to reply so late.
I agree that this looks a bit fuzzy. Mine is well loved and looks very similar. Fuzzy but no actual pulling on mine per se. It has held up beautifully. That said, this is a ridiculous premium to pay for a used CSGM.
As for the giant silks, I have collected only the giant dip dyed scarves and love them to pieces. They are warm yet can be enjoyed year round. I like to wear mine with white jeans and a t shirt.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes I think the price is too high given the condition.

Wow. I think greenjade on eBay is watching this thread and others. I keep noticing that when something is discussed as hard to find he/she lists it with a very high price, first the ex libris cashmere and now the jardin anglais mousseline that someone asked me about on another thread. Both for more than double retail. It could just be a coincidence but it seems odd. I guess it's just good business but it leaves me with a bad impression.

This is SO stunning!!! It seems you look great in everything!!! :D:D

P.S. I FINALLY got one of my grails on the Bay but it has not arrived yet. I will be sure to post a pic once it does. I now know how you all feel whilst waiting in anticipation!!

What is it what is it???

Gosh, you're both very sweet. And you're both very lucky to have this one, it's beautiful! :hbeat:

Clearly the entire world agrees since it's still sitting there. Something this desirable I am sure would have sold right away had it been priced less ridiculously.

I'm sure she does, and many lurking sellers do. She also reduced the $599 Beloved India scarf, I believe because the high price was discussed here.
Having said that, a lot of ebay sellers are actually lovely members of this lovely forum. Not all of them mention their tpf status in their listing. :smile1:
